Great service would use them again
I lost an earring on holiday that matched a necklace I bought in Chester. I found these guys had a pair on the web site. There method of shipping was secure and the way they packaged the goods was excellent.

Over the past few years I have only ever bought top quality watches and jewellery from Michael Jones in Northampton and just recently they looked after a major repair to my wife's watch. I shall soon be making another purchase from them and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.....I don't believe the fine quality of friendly service and level of expertise could be matched by any other retailer..

Having received some very poor service from a well known online watch company I found Michael Jones Jeweller. Fantastic service, good prices and very friendly staff. Every effort was made to ensure that I knew what was happening and any issues dealt with immediately without chasing etc. Highly recommend and I hope to return when I buy another watch.
