My dress was 4 inch smaller in measurements from the chart size which is deceiving. When asked for a full refund they asked to mail it back to China which costs more than the dress. Since it was their mistake I asked for full refund with pre paid label and after 5 emails back and forth they fat shamed and harassed me and provided a refund when i threatened to report them. Needless to say, very unprofessional and mis leading. Never buy from here. Ever.

The item was advertised as Jeans, however when received it was a thin fabric. Multiples hanging threads from the hems, the size did not match the size chart they had provided.

Edit: I contacted the company about the issue and they responded immediately and issued a refund shortly. Apparently there was a material mixup with that specific item which caused the issue.
