The Linkedin Masterclass was worth every penny. I needed some structure and tips on how to build my LinkedIn presence. The course offered a supporting environment to ask and learn about LinkedIn. After the masterclass I can quickly and efficiently write a LinkedIn post that get's reactions and comments. Highly recommended to anyone who struggles with LinkedIn!

My experience working with Michaela on my personal goals helped me understand better how to achieve them. She really helped me to dissect the problem and I was left with a great tool and mindset to take action.

Ich kannte Michaela aus ihrem Job Application Bootcamp, an dem ich 2024 teilgenommen habe. Die Vorgehensweise, die ich dort gelernt habe, hat mir (nach Freistellung im Februar 2026) 2 Einladungen zu Bewerbungsgesprächen Anfang April 2026 beschert.
Zur Vorbereitung habe ich mit Michaela ein simuliertes Bewerbungsgespräch geführt und anschließend ein Feeedbackgespräch dazu mit konkreter Ausrichtung auf die anstehenden Gespräche.
Michaela hat im Vorfeld die nötigen Informationen eingefordert und war dann sehr gut vorbereitet.
Nach der Feedbackrunde hatte ich sehr gute Anhaltspunkte zur Optimierung meines Pitches, eine klare Struktur und Checkliste für die Informationen die ich rüberbringen wollte, und hilfreiche Formulierungshilfen für die sensibleren Punkte meines Lebenslaufs.
Das hat mir geholfen die Gespräche aus einer entspannten, positiven Grundhaltung heraus zu führen und mich so im bestmöglichen Licht darzustellen.
Heute habe ich einen neuen Arbeitsvertrag unterschrieben - mit dem Unternehmen aus dem zweiten der beiden Gespräche.

Ich habe im Juni 2025 mit Michaela Kettner an meinem Lebenslauf gearbeitet. Zumindest dachte ich das.

Statt reiner „Kosmetik“ hat sie sehr schnell den eigentlichen Kern angesprochen: die Frage, welches Problem ich wirklich löse. Das war im ersten Moment unbequem, aber genau das, was ich gebraucht habe.

Michaela arbeitet klar, direkt und mit spürbarer Erfahrung. Keine Umwege, kein Blabla – dafür Substanz.

On December 2025 I had a 1:1 one hour session. While one hour is a short time, the session was focused and concise, and got great tips out of it to improve my CV and cover letter. For me, it was a great value for my money. I would definitely consider Michaela services again.

Michaela's LinkedIn masterclass provided great value for the money. She had top-level insights backed up by research, data and personal experience. Participants not only had a chance to absorb information, but also actively participate and engage with other participants. I highly recommend the class to anyone who wants to step up with the content creation on LinkedIn but hesitates and needs ideas how to do it naturally and effectively.

Thank you again for the session. I want to share honest feedback so it can be helpful for future clients. Unfortunately, I did not feel I gained meaningful insights from the 1‑hour coaching, especially considering the €60 fee. I had shared my CV, background, and career situation in advance, but the session still felt unprepared, and at times it seemed unclear how to guide me as a client.
When I raised this during the call, you mentioned that one hour is not enough for coaching. My concern is that if one hour is not sufficient, it becomes unclear why this 1:1 one‑hour format is advertised so prominently. As a client, I expected a structured, confident, and value‑driven session within the time I paid for.
Overall, I felt the coach was not prepared ahead of time on how to coach my specific situation, despite having all the information beforehand. Kindly do not take this personally — my intention is simply to provide feedback that may help improve future sessions. I hope this feedback is useful, as preparation and clarity are essential for a positive coaching experience.

She's a good listener and this characterized my whole experience. Understanding the context of my whole situation was a must have.

At the same time, she kept challenging me and my beliefs / approaches, which helped a lot in becoming more adaptive in the hunt for jobs at a tight market as these days.
