Great experience with MHH importing from the UK to Ireland
I Recently bought a car in the UK via MHH international for importation to Ireland. The process was very smooth and professional. Chris Nelson was particularly helpful, but the comms from the whole team was excellent. I found the car myself, with MHH moving quickly to both provide me with a full breakdown of its cost landed in ROI, and securing the car with the dealer. After getting the car all i needed to do was present the car for vrt inspection with the provided documentation.
I would have no problem recommending MHH international, they provide a super service.

Wonderful experience asking MHH whether they could arrange to export/import an Alpine A290 to Guernsey for me. Literally just days from sending a link to the car I was interested in buying to it arriving in the docks awaiting customs clearance. Great Vehicle Export service company.
Buying a car from abroad can feel overwhelming, with plenty of uncertainty along the way. However, MMH made the entire process far smoother and more enjoyable than I expected. Their guidance and support in sourcing the right vehicle were invaluable, turning what could have been a stressful experience into a straightforward journey.
The VAT reclaim service was handled efficiently and without delay, which was a huge relief. It meant I could focus solely on choosing a car that suited my needs and budget, without worrying about the administrative side.
I also chose to drive the car back from Dunsfold Park, home of Top Gear, and I’m really glad I did. It was a great experience—not only getting to briefly meet the team in person but also enjoying the memorable drive across Europe in my new car.

The perfect solution to import cars into Jersey excluding VAT. Cheaper solution to import a new car than buy on the island where greedy retailers charge more than list price for popular models. Chris in particular provided an excellent professional service throughout the process.

As a background; You originally placed a deposit on a brand new Audi directly with an Audi main dealer. As they were unable to sell the vehicle VAT-free, we stepped in to complete the purchase on your behalf, supplied the car net of VAT, and arranged the transport for you.
We communicated throughout via a WhatsApp group that you were part of, with an average response time of 57 minutes (excluding weekends and evenings). We always aim to keep our clients fully informed.
As you had sold your previous car you requested shipping updates. Unfortunately these can be difficult to obtain in real time. We request information from our shipping agent, who then contacted the shipping line. On some occasions, details we received did not match the information you found independently — we understand this can be frustrating, but unfortunately, we have limited control over live vessel tracking data.
On arrival, the battery was flat. After charging, a you had warning lights appear on your dash, which you are now resolving directly with Audi in your market under warranty. As mentioned, we’re happy to assist where possible, but as this is a brand new Audi, the dealer is best placed to handle any technical issues.
We’re sorry that you weren’t completely satisfied with your experience, though we do feel that a 2-star rating is a little harsh given the circumstances and level of service provided. We do, however, appreciate your feedback and wish you many happy miles in your new Audi.
