MGY Estate Agents & Chartered Surveyors Recenzje

I've just moved into my rental apartment and the experience with MGY was super smooth. From the viewings to contract paperwork, everything was always as planned. I've had a few viewings with MGY before finally finding my place and they are a helpful bunch. Sian especially from Radyr Lettings office was not only very knowledgeable and thorough but also very nice and approachable person.
I've had minor issues after moving in and their maintenance department was very quick fixing them. I'd recommend their services.

Really easy process in renting a property, if any issues arose, Dawn was back in touch the same day to resolve them.

Process was transparent, quick, and professional.

Managed to find my new home and move within just a few days. Thanks again to Dawn for making the whole process so easy and straightforward.

Thanks to Sian and Mel who were great during finding a tenant to let.

The staff are so helpful and professional
Would recommend to anyone

Exceptional service from Vicci at MGY

We have just completed the sale of our home and we are delighted to share our experience with Vicci at MGY who provided an outstanding level of service from beginning to end.

Vicci consistently went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She kept us fully informed at every stage, often contacting us during the evening and at weekends to ensure we always knew what was happening. Her communication was clear, thoughtful and reassuring, and it made a real difference during what can be a stressful time.

When progress with the solicitors began to slow, Vicci stepped in immediately. She worked tirelessly to move matters forward, speaking with all parties involved and helping to resolve issues that could easily have caused delays. Her dedication, professionalism and genuine care were evident in everything she did.

We never felt like just another client. Vicci treated our sale with real commitment and personal attention, and we are incredibly grateful for the effort she put in to help us reach completion.

We would recommend MGY Barry, and especially Vicci, without hesitation. The service we received was exceptional in every respect.

Becky at MYG Estate Agents has been fantastic to work with throughout the process. She has been incredibly communicative and making everything feel straightforward. She’s also very quick to respond and consistently helpful — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

I have just completed on my first flat purchase. The team at MGY have been great from start to finish. Nicky was very helpful ensuring good communication between parties, and very proactive in ensuring the process went smoothly.

Selling a property is always stressful - but when that property belonged to your late parents and had been their dream home for decades, it is also very emotional.
Holly Brown, based at the Radyr MGY office has been amazing. Her kindness, patience and understanding has gone a long way to make this process less difficult. Nothing is too much bother for her. She is both highly professional and very caring. We are very grateful.

MGY recently sold a flat for me in Cardiff. It was not the easiest of sales as the apartment block had minor cladding issues, and some lenders would not lend. Without the help and professionalism of Nicky Griffith in the Sales Progression team, I do not think the sale would have progressed. Nicky was proactive in trying to resolve issues as they arose. She was very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I cannot praise her highly enough. Further, all the members of the sales team in Cardiff Bay were very approachable and friendly; though a special mention should go to Becky Thompson for finding a buyer quite quickly. Would I use MGY again - Yes. Would I recommend MGY to others - Yes.

Currently Renting a house through MGY. The whole experience has been fantastic and i cannot recommend them enough. After a recent change over of tennants the whole experience was seamless and i was impressed with Sian and Melissa with the way they kept me updated with all the necessary information. If your renting properties you will not go wrong with MGY

Cheryl and Spencer have been a pleasure to work with. They have been so helpful and efficient throughout the process. This has made it effortless for us to fidn the most suitable tenants for our office units, as we both lead hectic lives. They are always friendly and cheerful, but also very professional and I feel that they always have our best interests at heart as landlords. I recommend them highly.

Very helpfully took a week to sell. Oliver who initially came and sorted out the selling process. Then Nicky who was the sales progressor. Had a lot of questions from the buyer , as normal. But dealt with it carefully. All went very well.Thank you

Rented with MGY Pontcanna for several years, the team have been amazing, they are very kind and helpful. Would highly recommend them as letting agents.

We just completed our first house purchase and are very grateful for the service provided by MGY. Becky helped us from the first viewing, through all of our questions to the owner and the difficulties of sorting the buying process. Nicky was very helpful during the legal phase of the transaction and with communication between solicitors. The support, knowledge and attentiveness was much better than we experienced with other agents in the process of other house purchases that fell through.

MGY guided me through many ups and downs during sale. The Staff were always helpful and eager to please. I am especially grateful to Becky and Lilly for their positivity and guidance. I would not hesitate to recommend MGY when selling or purchasing property.

Everything was so quick and efficient. My partner had already seen the property when unfortunately I didn't get chance due to work commitments however Sian was very understanding and allowed me to come and see the property at short notice which I'm very grateful for. The contract signing in the office was also quick and efficient and I've got only good things to say about the whole experience so far with MGY.

This was my first purchase and I could not have been more satisfied with the service I received from Becky , Maizie and Oliver at MGY office in Cardiff Bay. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I felt comfortable asking lots of questions, as I was a first time buyer.
When I met at the property Becky, Oliver and Maizie always turned up with a smile and were very professional in handling any queries I had. I would highly recommend and would 💯 recommend and use MGY in the future, once again thank you for all your help! Very professional and highly efficient !

MGY have been extremely helpful from a buyer's perspective. Always quickly responsive to emails and calls, and very friendly both in person and via other communication. Special thanks to Nicky in the Sales Progression team for always keeping me up to date and ensuring everything ran as smoothly as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to use MGY again.

I had a really positive experience with MGY throughout my purchase, and I’m very grateful for the support I received.

From the very beginning, Nicky was incredibly helpful, responsive, and proactive in keeping things moving — especially at times when progress felt uncertain. She consistently chased updates, kept me informed, and made sure communication between all parties didn’t stall, which made a real difference.

As a first-time buyer navigating the process on my own, this level of support was invaluable. I always felt that she genuinely cared about getting things over the line, and her professionalism and persistence helped bring everything together.

Thank you again for all your help!
