Wanted an internal door to break up two large living spaces, but still enable us to effectively leave the space open or closed depending on the mood. The Metwin product was perfect and the slimness of the frame meant that it still lets so much light into both rooms.

One of the key requirements for us was to have a design that accommodated sliding doors and not traditional open swing doors. With 2 small children running around we didn’t want them smashing into the slim frame! We also preferred the minimalist look and it didn’t disappoint.

Dan was fantastic from start to finish and his team completed the job within a day. Leaving no mess and great advice on what to do with the windows in the settling in period. Genuinely have zero concerns with the product and feel safe in the knowledge that if there are any issues then Dan and his team will be around to rectify any problems. Not that we expect any in the slightest!

A bit slow on the up take but once we established what was required it was clear Metwin could help (no other company would even respond).
We were looking for a cheaper solution than replacing, and Metwin came up with one which should see us through 5ish years. Thank you Frankie for the insight and openness.

We used Metwin to provide us with Crittall glazing for our rear windows.

Sadly our experience mirrors another review left.

Initially service through Frankie was proactive and helpful. We were then transferred to Daniel Anderson who was exceptionally rude and aggressive throughout the process.

Daniel's communication was sporadic and unhelpful and he repeatedly did not provide the information our builders needed to get the site ready for the installation.

He arranged two site appointments to measure up and both times he was over two hours late arriving without apology.

When the glazing arrived, it did not quite fit the opening and required our builders to make good the difference. The fitters on site were directly from Crittall and were polite and helpful but Daniel was so aggressive on the phone, he reduced me to tears. He repeatedly told me it was not a problem that the glazing did not fit the gap and starting shouting at me.

Working with Metwin was stressful and unpleasant which is a shame as they clearly have a long history as a family business and we wanted to support them.

Great company, great knowledge, great staff, great products.

I was interested in installing A Crittall door at the back of my property, was referred to Metwin by Crittall themselves and spoke with a very helpful guy called Daniel who spoke me through my options.
I visited the showroom so I could see exactly what I would be purchasing.
All in now and so happy I chose to go with Metwin, would highly recommend.

Very helpful throughout my project. Once I had excepted the quotation there surveyor was round within a couple of days, he took accurate measurements and talked me through the processes from order to installation. Suggested some tweaks that really improved the design Second to none knowledge of crittall products.

My partner Sebastian and I were absolutely thrilled with the father and son team from Metwin (Frank and Dan) who advised, measured and arranged fitment of our 19 Crittall windows, 7 internal screens, 3 bathroom screens and rear aspect patio doors. Yes we had considered PVC/aluminium due to cost but the insight and advice from the family run team quickly changed our minds. I personally had my heart set on bi-fold doors but Daniel advised against the durability and look of these and I have to say, when I stand in the garden and look back at the house I cannot believe how utterly right he was! From start to finish the communication and commitment was second to none, and as Sebastian keeps reminding me with a company like this the after sales service will be amazing for years to come. Highly recommend this company, just make sure you have enough tea and biscuits for them!

I have had the pleasure ofworking with Metwin for several years. I am a private customer who has approached Metwin with several bespoke jobs over the years. I have always been treated with upmost professionalism and the quotes I have recieved were both competitive and fair.
This family run company definitely makes you feel like a valid customer.
The quality of the work itself and the product installed cannot compare.
The fitters were very courteous and clean.
I couldn't recommend this company more if you want Crittal windows for any of your projects this is the place to go.

Every time I've dealt with Metwin they have been fast to respond and keen to help in what ever way they can. Had a time sensitive job which they split the delivery so we could get the stock items immediately with the lead items coming later. Also provided support when additional parts were required at no additional cost.
