Screen is everything I hoped for.
Screen was everything I wanted. I framed in some larger openings to maintain a good view. Openings range from 12 in x 28 in to 60 in x 108 in. Tension was tight and smooth. It is an effort to get it in the screeneze track, but doable. I did it by myself . Time will tell how it holds up but expecting good durability. Delivery was good considering 8ft roll of material. Packaging was adequate to protect the product.

The screentight system works well
The screentight system works well, and the long video by a guy in a Green Bay Packers t-shirt was very helpful. There were no instructions sent with the materials. Also, I mistakenly ordered an item that was NOT part of the screentight system, and sending it back would have cost me twice what it cost to buy it in the first place. I thought that someone at the Metroscreenworks should have realized that it was a mistake to order this other component. So I'm out more than $350. My mistake, but I wish someone had thought to ask why I was ordering components from a different system.

Junk. 1 screen came bent. Two were so tight that the pull hardware pulled off. Both needed to be wedged in. Last screen was too small. I will never use this company again.

Good Product. Creativity Needed.
I have enjoyed installing the product. I have been disappointed in two things:
1) include a template to install the plastic locks. Alinging them is very difficult.
2) having 1 option of 8’ fabricated sticks was unfortunate. Options of 8’, 12’, and 16’ or 20’ would have been much friendlier to my project.
Finally, I could not find under accessories how to order more screws and plastic locks. So I ordered screws off Amazon. Not sure if you sell packages of extra hardware.
Though your product was not designed for my space (18’x11’), I was able to make the product work well none the less.

Good but could be better.
Quick response, web site and ordering easy, delivery on time and the screen was Very Well packaged. Disappointed in the Butterfly latches as they are Extremely loose and don't stay engaged with holding the screen in place.
