Before my decision to visit Metropolmed, I was looking in my native country (Netherlands) for some clinics. I didn’t really find suitable clinics that expected my needs, fortunately a friend of mine went to Turkey and Metropolmed to get a hairtransplant and when I saw his results I was really impressed. So he recommended me Metropolmed and gave me the number of an agent. My agent Jayda really helped me with everything and still helps me to this day with questions, for this I am very thankful. The staff at Metropolmed is also very helpful and really helped me with everything, from providing me with meals and comforting me during the process. The results are already looking good, the procedure was perfect and I can’t wait for the final results. I am really thankful for Metropolmed and would recommend it to everyone that is considering a hair transplant.

Mon mari et moi avons été pris en charge par le groupe Metropolmed de manière très professionnelle, l’interprète nous a vraiment facilité l’expérience. Toute l’organisation était impeccable, les personnes que nous avons rencontrées ont été sympathiques et malgré la langue étrangère, nous avons pu communiquer ( merci le traducteur du téléphone).

Je recommande vivement Metropolmed.
Avant même d’arriver à Istanbul j’avais toutes les informations de la part de la traductrice. Tous les transports étaient pris en charge, je n’ai rien organisé et je n’ai jamais dû attendre sur quoique ce soit. L’hôtel était très propre et le personnel très agréable.
A l’institut, j’ai eu affaire à plusieurs spécialistes et ils/elles étaient tous très gentil et rassurant.
Je remercie Metropolmed et toutes les personnes qui ont travaillé pour ou sur ma tête.
Le résultat est meilleur que j’aurais pu l’imaginer.

Metropolmed carried out my hair transplantation couple of days ago. The whole experience was great right from airport pickup, hotel stay arrangements, the transplant surgery, and the after treatment service. The surgery team worked in coordination to ensure no time lost and they remained helpful throughout. Felt I was in safe hands.

I had the pleasure of getting my hair transplanted with this amazing hospital and Ms Soukaina as my guide throughout the whole process. it was pain free and very quick. it was very affordable and the best part was i never felt pain at all. i’d high recommend them!

Провел пересадку волос неделю назад. Предварительно обсудил процедуру прилёта-вылета, размещения и самой операции с Анастасией. Анастасия все доходчиво объяснила, меня все устроило и я вылетел. Помимо 3 дней у них в гостинице попросил забронировать + еще 4 дня, поскольку хотел погулять в Стамбуле, что они и сделали. По прилету все проведено как и обговаривали (трансфер, размещение, консультация, операция, послеоперационное обследование и проводы к вылету), все прошло на отлично. Большая благодарность двум обоятельным девушкам Фаризе и Анастасии, свободно и доступно объяснившим на русском и казахском языках, а также приветливому и улыбчивому персоналу METROPOLMED. Пока жду результаты пересадки. Советую желающим👍

La peor experiencia que pude sufrir!
Llegue al aeropuerto de Estambul y no tenía al chofer esperándome, conecte mis datos de mi móvil para llamar a la clínica porque no me recogían (me llegó de consumo del móvil una fortuna 90€) después de 1 hora llega un conductor y me dice que tenía que esperar! pasaron 35 minutos más y no me daban información, seguía llamando a la clínica y no me daban una solución. Cansado de esperar y con miedo porque en el aeropuerto se te acerca mucha gente a intentar robarte tus pertenencias me vi obligado a coger un taxi por mi propia cuenta, que la clínica no reconoció, llego al hotel, un hotel que no era el que me dijeron en el presupuesto original, al día siguiente me pasan a recoger sobre las 09:00 am, llego al lugar me recibe una persona que me lleva a la planta baja a unas oficinas y la siguiente decepción es darme cuenta que no eran habitaciones de clínicas eran oficinas!!!! Luego me llevaron a un cuarto para cobrarme el dinero que fue 1900€ eso fué lo primero que les importa, luego te hacen firmar un papel que nunca te explican qué es?, luego te sacan sangre a los 10 minutos llega una enfermera ( nunca un doctor) para pintarte la nueva línea capilar, cuando me la hacen les digo que estoy disconforme porque está muy por encima de la frente y que no me cubre mi línea capilar original y les explico que la finalidad era cubrir la mayor parte delantera y me salen con una absurda excusa que no se puede porque no iba a crecer en pelo en dicha zona, ya disconforme les hago caso luego me doy cuenta que nunca me ponen el número de folículos que me iban a implantar, me pareció más que sospechoso, porque en un principio me dijeron que el presupuesto incluía hasta 6000 folículos, pero la realidad es otra sientes que te quieren poner mucho menos, luego me raparon la cabeza y tuve que esperar unos 30 minutos hasta que pase a una OFICINA para que empiecen con la carnicería, lo que vino luego fue la experiencia más dolorosa y traumática que había sentido hasta ese momento. Me colocan anestesia y empiezan a extraerme los folículos de la zona donante cuando transcurrió el tiempo cerca de 2 horas, les dije que estaba sintiendo mucho dolor que por favor me pongan más anestesia (sentía en todo momento como me extraían los folículos ) y no me hacían caso las chicas que me estaban extrayendo los pocos folículos, se estaban riendo y burlando en todo momento, el dolor se volvió insoportable, me puse a llorar del dolor que sentía y pedí que viniera Jhosep ( la persona que me embaucó por internet para la carnicería) para darle las quejas nunca llegó, y tuve que aguantar el dolor porque tenía tantas ganas del transplante, luego que terminaron de extraer pararon un momento y me dieron un zumo pequeño y una magdalena de las máquinas expendedoras (me encontraba muy débil por toda la sangre que estaba perdiendo) estuve 4 horas para la extracción de folículos y luego procedieron a supuestamente implantarme los folículos digo supuestamente porque sólo tardaron 1 hora y media en hacerlo en la parte delantera una fina línea y en el centro muy pocos folículos, en medio del proceso se fué la energía eléctrica y tuvimos que parar casi 35 minutos hasta que volviera la electricidad (eso ya fue inaudito) seguía con dolor, pero eran tantas mis ganas por este transplante que aguanté y me quedé callado. Al finalizar me dieron una bandeja de comida.cuando me vi en el espejo del baño estaba muy triste porque sentía que todo el dolor no había valido la pena porque estaba muy desconforme con la línea capilar y con la operación, en todo momento intentaban convencerme que había quedado muy bien, era como un guión muy preparado, pero no era así.A la mañana siguiente me lavaron la cabeza y me dieron una espuma para el aseo de la zona. Les dije que no estaba satisfecho con los resultados y me dijeron que tenía que esperar 1 año ( ya pasó) y sigo descontento porque la operación fue en vano, no se operen ahí, averigüen bien, si hay más clientes insatisfechos escriban para que no sigan engañando, ahora voy a tener que volver a operarme.

Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoile je le ferais.que des mots pour rien des promesses non tenues.j’ai fait mon opération avec ces bouchers qui pensent que vos têtes sont de la viande.je comprends même pas les commentaires positifs sûrement c’est eux même qui l’ont poster ici pour leurrer leurs nouveaux proies.j’ai fait avec eux une opération raté j’ai toujours la calvitie et c’est pire qu’avant et enplus tu les envoies un message ils vous disent on va trouver une solution mais plus rien après des mois de silence.je vous déconseille fortement cette clinique.
