Très utile mais trop facilement joignable par des arnaques

Molte volte si blocca e non mi concede di fare telefonate, fa schifo!

Me parece increíble que permitais tanto a los tíos por Messenger...hoy Jamie de broom me envió desnudos, pornografía,insultos y amenazas...y le llamé machista y el a mi feminazy y me bloqueais! Cuanto más tenemos que aguantar las mujeres,le pide a mi hija fotos desnudas dices que no y no vale ...que pasa? El tan contento y yo que soy p..a como dice él! Vuestra responsabilidad es arreglar esto ! Impresionante que ahora no haya libertad de expresión. Saludos panda de machistas y gracias por tratarme como Jamie lo hizo.

De app werkt niet op mijn telefoon. al meerdere malen verwijderd en opnieuw geinstalleerd. Krijg geen meldingen binnen

Seit mindestens 24 h kann ich diesen messanger nicht mehr nutzen . Trotz deinstallieren usw stürzt die app sofort ab . Den Dienst dafür kann man auch nicht erreichen ! Messanger Leute gibt es anscheinend auch nicht mehr. Keine Lust mehr auf Facebook, ich suche mir eine andere app mit mehr Zuverlässigkeit.

Not really working, videos cant be sent same as pictures.

Dis-moi que ça dure, je ne reçois que 10 % des notifications. C'est très pénible car il faut vérifier régulièrement si on a reçu des messages. Et tout est bien réglé évidemment.

Since august, 2021 until now I have purchased several items thru marketplace. All orders were paid for at time the orders were placed and all have been posted to my bank or credit card. I also have order confirmation and tracking numbers.
5 different purchases are not responding to my inquiry about where are my products. The seller is not responding nor or they updating info about the tracking. two sellers have deleted the tracking number and will not respond to emails. Phone calls say the line has been disconnected.
Facebook has been notified about each individual issue and has done NOTHING to assist. They continue to allow the sellers to advertise on marketplace.
When I go to the web page, it says call XXX. When I cal, a recording says they no longer respond by phone but to use the web page.
The marketplace function of Facebook is unworthy of my business. They definately need to improve their customer relation service and post better information on how to contact and speak with a person.

Absolute sack of poo I use messenger for my business as people can message that way and choose to, its been showing 2 now 3 messages there but when I look for them there are none, I've reported the issue several times over the last year but no one gets back to me or fixes it. A multimillion pound company with zero staff on hand to help with issues caused by their own multimillion pound software!
