Very disappointing experience with this service on Zoho CRM. For several weeks, we encountered a critical issue that resulted in duplicate SMS messages being sent, causing significant and unnecessary costs on our side.
Despite opening multiple support tickets and clearly explaining the situation, we did not receive any meaningful help or resolution from their team. There was no proactive investigation, no clear communication, and no accountability.
In the end, we had to investigate the issue ourselves and identified that it was caused by an automatically generated workflow (created by their integration in Zoho CRM) that was incorrectly configured and resending messages even when they had already been successfully delivered. This is a fundamental flaw that should have been caught and resolved by their support team.
To make matters worse, after updating the app, we lost access to the workflow history, meaning we no longer have formal proof—something their team should have helped us secure earlier given the ongoing issue.
This situation has caused us financial damage amounting to several thousand euros. As of today, we are still waiting for a proper response, a refund for the duplicated messages, and accountability from their side.
Overall, this reflects a serious lack of support, reliability, and professionalism. I cannot recommend this service.
