Lovely , good service

From our first call to Mersey Bathrooms the service was excellent. Arty came out and discussed fully what we wanted. He took measurements etc , and left a quote. Absolutely no pressure to buy. We went to showroom and chose what we wanted, and got great advice.
We knew this was the firm we wanted and felt very confident with them. Kept informed along the way on what to expect time wise. Everything delivered on time and all staff were brilliant. I have never known such hardworking people . Alex Even cleaned up as much as possible each day. Bathroom finished on time and we are so pleased with it. A massive thank you to everyone at Mersey Bathrooms.

Fantastic from start to finish. Consultation was thorough and Arty offered so much advice. Had to make a change to the installation date afterwards and this was no hassle. The installation itself was smooth and Vasyl was very friendly. Bathroom was fitted in four and a half days.

Amazing service from Mersey Bathrooms. Mine has just been fitted and finished today by Arunas Kazenas. Great guy, really pleasant and worked solidly from morning till evening non stop. All rubbish removed and love the quality of the fixtures and fittings. Really pleased with my new bathroom. Thanks Mersey Bathrooms and Arunas

Mersey Bathrooms have recently completed a total refit on my bathroom. I am very pleased with the results. Start to finish everything fully explained, everywhere left clean and tidy each day and all rubbish removed on the last day. Highly recommended.

Love the bathroom and the fitter Romaldas was very talented, worked very hard and overcame issues without complaining. I would have given an extra star if they would have got back to me about making the shower higher instead of being at chest height but they have not yet. But I would still recommend them.

This company was fantastic great communication from start to finish clear explaination of each step fitter worked so hard leave area spotless each evening we are delighted with our finished bathroom

Mersey bathrooms came in explain in detail what I was having based on what I picked and the results are fantastic.

Dedicated professional team from Sales person through to final sign off with their fitter. They deliver on time and remove all the waste so total peace of mind. Nothing is a fuss and they go the extra mile and work really hard. Cannot fault Mersey Bathrooms at all. Excellent service, quality products

Levi who did the renovation never stopped from start to finish every day he was tidy and very polite

From start to finish it was so professional. Andrew come round to our home to see what we wanted, measure up and give us a quote...but what a truly lovely guy he answered all our questions and helped us choose what was best since we really had a small bathroom so gave us great advice.
So day is set to start our renovation and Rob turned up.i can't praise this man any higher than what he deserves...wow his work ethics he worked from 9 in the morning till 6 at night not taking any breaks, he treated our home and us with respect, always cleaned up after himself and when we asked him to raise the roof so the overhead shower would fit better he didn't flinch for a second. His attention to detail was outstanding and after 7 days we was left with one amazing new bathroom. I wish I could praise this company more but best decision we ever made was going with mersey bathrooms and I would highly recommend them

Fantastic job done by Sylvin can't thank him enough went above and beyond even worked on a Sunday thanks Sylvin

I got my old dated bathroom removed and a new very modern one fitted in a total of 4 days. It's absolutely beautiful. Peter worked very hard and was great, very professional.
I would highly recommend mersey bathrooms. 5 stars.
Thankyou so much for making my dream bathroom come true.

My bathroom was finished this week and I cannot fault the service. From Arty who came round to quote and was helpful and knowledgeable to our wonderful fitter Michael. The bathroom is beautiful and finished to a high standard - disruption was kept to a minimum, Michael was exceptionally tidy and worked non stop - finishing late on the last day to handover. 100% recommend -5*

Mersey Bathrooms were professional and also cheaper than when I went to Wickes. I was given David and he was a grafter just worked solid for about 8/9 hours a day. Finished product outstanding couldn’t be happier will be coming back soon for other bathroom.

I am so pleased with my new bathroom. They have done an exceptional job the fitters were clean and tidy and worked tirelessly. It has turned out even better than I expected. Extremely professional service from start to finish.

We chose Mersey bathrooms for cost choice and reputation, our fitter was Bohdan, he worked so hard over 6 days he removed all our existing tiles from the walls and floor and completed a full refit, always making sure we were happy along the way, the completed bathroom is outstanding. Great choice of products in store and the price and workmanship was spot on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
