Virkelig hurtigt levering, bestilt, næste dag ha de jeg pakken👍

I purchased a pair of "Glove 7" and I was really happy of my purchase until a week later when they broke.. that was my FIFTH time I was gonna wear them.

I call the store explaining I am leaving the country in a few days for travelling and I need to be sure the shoes I have are not gonna break again.

I would have preferred them to be fixed over a replacement because they were the last pair of that colour and my size, I wasn't after a replacement for the sake of it, but given my situation I needed to leave the country with peace of mind I dont have broken shoes..

Anyway I still went to the store.
After hearing that I should have gone fixing them myself and have been blamed that they broke because I hit something .. and when I explained I didn't, she replies "of course not" with a tone.
I bought this pair to replace a decade old Vivo shoes that went through daily hard use including hikes... shoes shouldn't break after 4 days of strolling in the city...

We gave the shoes to be repaired to a shop in the mall and the guy that put the glue said the shoes will break again.
Also to be honest, the "fixed" shoe didn't and doesn't look good or like a new shoe should.. where it unglued it was brown / yellow stain... Not what a week's old shoe should look like.
I bought a new expensive pair of shoes, so I expect to have new looking and working shoes. It's not much to ask?!

I spoke with the lady at the Merrell shop I purchases these from, I wasn't happy with the result, explaining again about my situation and she said they are fixed, full stop.
Now I am on my travels and they are ungluing again, like predicted!

Firstly I am disappointed about the poor quality. I was really happy of my purchase, I liked the style, the colour, the wide toe box.. now I have one shoe that looks bad, it's ungluing and I am not in NZ anymore.

Secondly I felt the customer service from the shop's lady has been poor.
Unapologetic and not understanding my situation , nor caring of my unsatisfaction of the product.

Jeg købte et par sko i min sædvanlige størrelse men skoen var meget meget lille og nærmest umulig at få på.
Jeg skal betale for returneringen så jeg har spildt mine penge på absolut ingenting.

Hurtig betjening og super service.

Købte et par støvler. Hurtig levering, ingen problemer med at bytte støvlerne til et par der var et nummer større.
Pengene for det første par støver, blev retuneret efter 4 dage👍

Bought a pair of Moab3 gtx gortex shoes in October 2024, returned them to shop in June 2025 (8 months) because they were leaking and had an exchange pair.
It’s now only December 2025 (6 months) and the replacement pair are leaking.
Tried to contact Merrell by email but absolutely no response, go online to Help menu/ contact us/ live chat facility is not available.
There are clearly problems with these shoes if they are not lasting anywhere close to their warranty period.
Very disappointed with Merrell’s attitude to customer care.

Efter 1½ års brug knækkede et par af snørestropperne på mine vandresko, og Merrell gav pengene tilbage, hurtigt og uden diskussion. De laver i øvrigt nogle fantastiske vandresko, som jeg køber igen og igen.

Fede sko. Meget glad for dem.

Skoene viste sig ikke at passe, men returnering var uproblematisk. Kunne ikke se på hjemmesiden at det var en unisexmodel og ikke en damemodel.

Dejligt med slip in sko / nyt design, fra Merrell, fin og hurtig service - alt perfekt på nær en lille bitte detalje ved designet- men det et er gået til - så hop endelig i de varme og nemme sko.

Verdensklasse sko! Har nu på lidt over 2 år købt 9 par…Så det må snart udløse en ekstra rabat😉
