Really enjoyed working with Will!

He gave 10/10 interview prep, really related to my situation and weighed up my best options with me.

After knowing, working with and dealing with a lot of recruiters Will really stands out from the rest to deliver a top top top service.

Will and Meritt have been the best recruiters I've worked with. Will believed in me from the start and presented me in the best possible light to his client, who agreed to create a role just for me. He then helped me throughout the entire interview process to secure the role. I wouldn't have had this great opportunity without Will, and I can't thank him enough. To any company I'd say if you want to work with a recruiter, work with Will.

The thing with meritt that has been truly unique is the blend of how the AI guides you to the right role and gives you presentation feedback – nice touch – but then when it comes to needing to speak to a human, they're there supporting you through the whole process. Always getting feedback on how to improve and present your best self forward. They really act as a talent agency rather than a recruitment agency.

I found this after using Jack and Jill - I love how I only had to submit a short video rather than chat to an AI - once I did that I got instant feedback on my presentation skills. What more I got to speak to a real person afterwards (Will, so helpful) who helped me find my next role...
