I ordered jewelery 3 months ago and it did not arrive. I texted the costumer service several times but no answer... They take the costumers money, don’t deliver anything and just ignore the e-mails.

In December 2020 I had someone reach out to me about sponsoring mercle.co and they gave me a discount code and everything so I agreed. I ordered the stuff with the discount code and waited for a tracking number. A month goes by and so I reach out and ask when my stuff will be shipped and of course their excuse is that covid is causing backups. So, I was understanding and let it go. Another month goes by and I reach out again to get my money back and ask if they are scammers. Then they went on a rant telling me about how they would “never” scam anyone so I apologized thinking they were legit. It is now July 2021. I have reached out to the company MANY times to cancel my order and get a refund. I still have no tracking number and no package. MERCLE.CO IS A SCAM!!!

DON'T ORDER! I've been waiting for my order for three months now! I messaged them on Instagram, because that is where they contacted me, and they blocked me! I have seen other girls experiencing the same.

I accidentally stumbled upon a beautiful Instagram page of this store and could not resist ordering some kind of decoration. Nice managers helped me to choose, who explained all the nuances of payment and delivery. I received my suspension on time. Thanks for the packaging!

Don't order! I ordered in November 2020 last year and still haven't received anything. I contacted them on Instagram a few times and they always said it is due to the pandemic and that my stuff will be on the way soon. Also, they would not cancel the order for it left their shop already. So where is my order? It is almost July 2021. I am super mad! DON'T ORDER HERE!

If I could give them NO stars then I would! SCAMMING COMPANY!! I ordered jewellery from them back in January and have yet to receive it still! Spent a fair bit of money as well! Contacted them through email and Instagram numerous times and have had NO response! DO NOT USE THEM!! Awful company and poor/lack of customer service!

I ordered 4 items in October 2020 and never received anything, I have tried to contact them and I have not received a response for months, very unprofessional and expensive for this type of treatment

I would read before and better more internet pages about mercle.. I bought some "jewelry" on April 2021 and I'm still waiting for them. They never answer to email, you don't have any tracking link, as I already read, they use the pandemic situation for the shipping delay.. if really they have shipped your items! If you search on Maps the address, you see a delivery shop.. I write them few times per week, never an answer. Don't buy from them!!!

They are 100% a scam. I ordered the jewelry last year in November 2020 and now it is may 2021 and I still haven’t got it. They kept telling me to wait and using the pandemic as an excuse for the “delay” but they just want your money don’t trust them.

This is a scam. I had to contact my credit card company to get my money back. As soon as I messaged them on Instagram to let them know that I would be reporting them they restricted me to their page and I can't comment anymore. Please save your precious time, money, headache, AND STAY AWAY!

I like this jewerly shop. I often buy here for my woman. She says they have beautiful Instagram page and very beautiful stuff. And I want to say they have nice service and prices. I think every woman can find something for herself here.

This website is a scam. They offered me a collab, I paid what I believed to be “shipping fees” on the 23rd of November.
Today, April 16th, still NO SIGN OF MY ORDER. I contacted a billion times, they replied with automatical replies and refused to give me my money back.
DON’T TRUST THEM AND NEVER EVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, they’re scammers and thieves.

They’re scammers my money has been stolen i orders MONTHS ago still nothing.
