Adam and Carl are top notch! If I ever have a question, they answer their phones right away. Even come in person to fix the issue! Couldn't ask for a better customer service team.

This company provided a solution at an affordable cost and continue to improve the solution as time goes on. Customer support is also top tier.

I ve been with Merchant Services for over a decade It troubles me when I see some of the reviews. That is quite the opposite with me. I personally use clover. I have over 10 pos systems clover go etc, Feb 4 we celebrated 42 years in business. I used several providers until I met Adam and his team. They are professional caring, responsive and a great team member. I been using clover since its introduction. Don't fall for other merchants trying to use Adam s team success for your reasoning for your business decisions. Trust my 42 years of business interactions for sharing my successes. That sounds incredibly frustrating and unethical. If they continued to charge you after closing your account and harassed you with excessive calls, you might want to report them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and possibly your state’s attorney general. You could also dispute any unauthorized charges with your bank to try to recover the money. They continued to take money out of my checking account after the account was closed over a year ago.
