Scam! Do not use this company. Did not receive the product and spent weeks with emails back and forth and still haven't got a refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Their customer service is horrific and they refused to refund me and are now ignoring me after they said I would be provided with a tracking number, which I haven't been given.

They originally said my order had been dispatched, so couldn't give me a refund, but after nearly 2 weeks of arguing with them, I received an email saying my order had been dispatched. They are con artists and lairs, and not very good ones at that!

Avoid as much as possible!!!!

Waited a few weeks but received my order not as thick as I would have expected for a hoodie but just as gorgeous as the picture am pleased

Jokes on me of course for thinking this service will not be a scam, but after months of waiting they replied they can't refund nor re-ship the order and i may please myself with discount for any future purchases from them (how lovely).

At this point I don't know what to do. I ordered a pair of earrings 2 months ago. The email for support was responding to me, and now they don't anymore.

I feel so stupid for even purchasing anything online - I never make online purchases! First time and I totally fell for this scam.

Has anyone successfully gotten their money back?

I had to re-order my backpack like four times, finally it arrived after a whole year. If you have patience with them you’ll receive your item. The backpack material was different from the picture but i guess it is fine. Wouldn’t recommend or use again though.

Do not buy anything from them. Unprofessional company and will scam you out of your hard earned money. Please be aware!

Ordered four items; a plushy cat cushion and three t-shirts. The cat cushion seems to be good quality and I'm quite happy with it. The clothes however were several sizes out and one didn't arrive. I asked for it to be redelivered and it was, however because it again was the wrong size I spent four pounds on shipping to Ireland to return it but have not received a response or refund for the purchase.

Will never shop from again and urge people to avoid it.

Same as everyone else: I ordered something from them and they never shipped it. Wish I had checked here first.

Never recieved my order and refused to give me a refund. Also stopped answering my emails

Their product was crap and misrepresented completely. Their sizing is about 5 sizes off. I immediately contact them for a refund & returned it the next day. I provided tracking and even proof of delivery. They will not return any of my emails.

The WORST EXPERIENCE of internet shopping so far. Why? My order has never been delivered!! I ordered on 17th of November, now it’s the 20th of April and they keep telling me they can’t refund the money but can reship the order via express - which they already told me in February but nothing arrived! It’s a total f***-up, never ever buy from them, seriously!

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering 'cute' merchandise. I have experienced every bad practice in these comments: stalling with fake responses, lying to me, fake tracking numbers, wrong sized merchandise. I did not receive part of the order but since I judiciously paid thru PayPal, trust I will eventually get refunded. I HATE FACEBOOK THIEVES !!!

Bought earings , poor quality , retd to USA , company send various Emails in poor English asking when and how sent , answered every email , they then stop replying, keeping Earings that were returned and not issuing refund . ONE TO AVOID . !!!!!

ordered beginning of January the earrings... February I wrote a e-mail and I got a non existing Track & Trace number. Few days ago I asked again about them and today they apologised and would have a credit voucher at their store, even if the earrings would still arrive.
Glad I haven't spent more...

I ordered a cat hoodie and a pair of earrings for my friend...i got my hoodie but not the earrings and the earrings were 10.49 in US dollars but I was charged 36 bucks on my PayPal...cant get a hold of them...this is bullcrap

Ordered a t-shirt and a pair of earrings in November as a Christmas gift. 6 weeks later (after Christmas) the t-shirt comes through in a bigger size, no earrings. After a few weeks waiting for their support to reply they say this are actually Chinese sizes that's why they are larger but they should fit?!?! Also the earrings were dispatched on a separate parcel ?!?!?
Asked for refund but they'll only do it if I send the wrong size t-shirt back on my expense as for the earrings, they will give me store credit?!?!?!
Fast-forward to March, after opening a chargeback order with my bank, they have declined that too sending an invoice copy as proof, need to say more???
They're registered in Cork, Ireland but of course they ship from China.
Don't get fooled by nice online pictures people, these are proper SCAMMERS!!!

Ordered the sweatshirt. Sizing poor, material cheap, organized to return for a refund which they said i could have, spent another £10 to return tracked and signed and low and behold no refund and how they have stopped communicating surprise surprise. Don't waste your money whatever you do don't buy from these people.

So I bought the overpriced sweater, but I was like fine it’s an Internet company. They arrived around 2 weeks after I ordered. They were terrible quality and the tags said they were different sizes but fit exactly he same on me, given I’m a 6ft male weighing 160, but they fit the same and were bad quality nonetheless. Don’t buy from here unless you’re tiny. I also had to spam their email to demand a refund. After about a month of fighting I finally got it, a half refund. Don’t buy futon here.

AVOID! Ordered in november, never got it (it is now March). Despite numerous emails and Facebook messages, not even 1 has been answered.

Then, on Facebook, there was the same sponsored article again that I paid for and never got : I chose the "mad" smiley and posted an angry message that I never got my order. This was removed, my 'mad' smiley was changed to a positive smiley (did not know that is possible!) and after that, they blocked me so I can't reply anymore!! What more do you need to understand that these are SCAMMERS!
