I ordered a fake plant from the website. Order took 8 working days to arrive, however I was in no rush. Item arrived in good condition and was very well wrapped,considering it was glass. Gave 4 stars, instead of 5, as there was no update on the website or automatic email update confirming the order was dispatched and no tracking provided. If they can improve on this then I'd give 5 stars.
I ordered an item from this company that was a special pay only the postage promotion. Several weeks later despite there was still no sign of my goods despite them saying it had been posted. Now 6 weeks have passed and still nothing has arrived so I have claimed for the money back through PayPal. My friend also ordered the same thing and that never arrived either. Now the chances of one item going missing is unlikely but two is nigh on impossible. Draw your own conclusions about this but to me its screams 'scam'
Great service great product smells lovely
This smells much better than most hand sanitiser's and is not highly perfumed or all drying on my skin. I would highly recommend this product.

We looked into your order and can see you ordered a Molton Glass on Wood Large which in the description mentions the sizing of the bowl and the wood before you make a purchase.
We can also see no emails or contact from yourself in order to exchange the product or show any dissatisfaction? Your purchase was on the 25th of June and your only feedback is on Trustpilot which doesn't help when we are here to help you our customers.
