Very Disappointed, and a lot of content in French
I'd be very very careful before signing up for this. I certainly wouldn't consider using the service again.
The content isn't particularly strong in my opinion, and the refund policy isn't entirely consistent between what's presented and what's enacted.
If you need support I think you're more likely to find it elsewhere, particularly if your French isn't your native language.
This course certainly didn't help in the slightest with helping me address my trauma.

The subscription is basically a scam
The site is using unbearable AI generated translations in topics that are highly human and need careful translation and delivery. The courses are complex, so a lame translation is actually ruining the whole experience.
Lately the page came up with AI dubbing, that you can't switch off, while you also can't adjust the original video's sound. So it's extremely difficult to pay attention to deeper explanations while hearing two languages at the same time. This change also affect the offline mode, so the videos are not available anymore for usage while you're offline.
The company refuses any kind of real customer care. Besides their AI generated automatic feedback nothing happens. The subscription was a scam as the site offered access to multiple courses. But if you are not fluent in both English and French, your possibilities are very limited. Plus with the new AI dubbing if you want to watch something in French, you can't do that anymore.
The offered coaching sessions are impossible to register to. I have a subscription for 10 months now and I could attend only two online events in last September. Since then not a single event was available for registration, although the company is sending emails about this service.
UPDATE: I was never reached out after receiving the clearly AI generated copy+paste reply to my review.

Personnellement , je ne regrette absolument pas mon investissement . Pour une fois j’ai pensé à moi et je suis ravie . Mon abonnement me permet d’avoir accès à tous les programmes en fonction de mes humeurs en fonction de mes besoins et au moment où je le souhaite. Je trouve les propositions de mentor très variées et adaptées à tout le monde.
J’ai suivi récemment la Masterclass de Gabor Mate en VO. Un grand merci de proposer de la VO.
Suggestion : sous titrage sur les lives avec choix des langues

Une expérience "Waouh" grâce à MentorShow…
Bonjour,
J'ai découvert la plateforme MentorShow il y a quelques mois, suite à une présentation sur les réseaux. C'est une plateforme qui propose des contenus variés (développement personnel, couture, cuisine, photographie...) sous forme de Masterclass, qui inclus des exercices pratiques à faire. L'avantage, c'est de pouvoir les suivre à son rythme.
Bien qu'ayant déjà à mon actif de nombreux outils et protocoles thérapeutiques, j'ai appris grâce à ces masterclass, de nouvelles façons d'aborder et de comprendre les évènements d'une vie et en particulier les traumatismes (Masterclass de Gabor Maté). Ce qui m'a permis de révéler un aspect de mon enfance, enfoui et de mettre en lumière une solution tout en me sentant accompagné.
Ça a été une vraie expérience "Waouh !". Je ne m'attendais pas à vivre ça avec un programme à distance et en différé.
Je découvre également des personnalités dont je ne connaissais pas l'approche et/ou le métier.
C'est très enrichissant !
Hâte d'en découvrir davantage.

J’ai adhéré à l’application en 2025 à un tarif spécial payable en 3 fois .
Les masterclasses sont très bien conçues assorties de pdf . Ce matin ma banque m’a avisee d’une tentative de prélèvement de 720€ , tentative bloquée par ma banque vu le montant . J’ai aussitôt contacté MentorShow qui a été très réactif ; c’est le prix hors promotion . Sauf que je n’ai reçu aucun mail m’avisant que mon abonnement arrivait à échéance en juillet . J’ai vérifié mes spams : aucun mail de relance . Alors je résilie ; dernier point fâcheux : on ne garde aucun accès à la plateforme : MentorShow doit réviser sa politique de ventes en urgence et nous permettre de garder un accès serait normal .

My latest experience was very frustrating and disappointing as the terms and conditions are unclear if not misleading. I thought I purchased $4.99 access for 7 days but a day before the end of the 7 days I was charged the full annual subscription.
I can see these MentorShow videos resonate with many and I think it’s paramount to warn the potential subscribers. If you’re tempted to sign up, please read the TrustPilot first before leaving your credit card details. You will be charged the full amount no matter what type of access you sign up to. Also, familiarise yourself with the wider debate on the topics discussed here to get a full picture of the scientific communities’ response to this content.

Misleading presentation Gabor Maté HEAL masterclass
Last year, we purchased the Gabor Maté HEAL Masterclass for $299, based on the clear impression that we were acquiring access to that specific masterclass.
Only after beginning this wonderful course, we discovered that our purchase also included access to additional masterclasses on The Mentor Show platform. We initially understood these as supplementary benefits. At no point was it made clear that we were entering into a subscription arrangement, with the Gabor Maté HEAL Masterclass serving primarily as an entry point.
When our subscription expired in 2026 and we subsequently lost access to the HEAL Masterclass, we were genuinely surprised. Had this arrangement been communicated transparently from the outset, we would likely have made a different purchasing decision.
For this reason, we felt misled by the manner in which the offer was presented.
Upon contacting customer support, we received a prompt response. Their initial proposal was to provide one month of complimentary access. We explained that this timeframe was insufficient to complete the masterclass and requested a three-month extension as a reasonable compromise.
Their final offer consisted of two months of complimentary access, along with the option to renew our subscription for one year at a discounted rate of $299 instead of $598.
Regrettably, neither proposal addressed our primary concern. We were not seeking an additional subscription; rather, we simply wished to have adequate time to complete the masterclass we believed we had purchased. In our view, a three-month extension represented a fair and reasonable solution.
Our dissatisfaction is therefore not related to the responsiveness of customer support, but rather to the handling of the situation and the absence of a satisfactory resolution.
We sincerely hope that The Mentor Show will review how its offerings are presented in the future, ensuring that customers clearly understand when they are purchasing a subscription rather than what may appear to be permanent access to a specific masterclass.
