I had a problem with my PC I bought from CCL. Imran fixed everything on a spot, was helpful, patient, and made sure everything's working as it should

Mend-it were instrumental in getting me my replacement laptop in time for my business trip, weeks after Razer failed to meet their warranty obligations. Carl and his colleagues were amazing help all the way through, given Razer's lack of support in the matter. Won't hesitate to purchase Mend-it's extended warranty in the future.

Windows 11 corrupted my operating system, causing none of the SSD's and HDD to be visible, therefore not allowing the PC to boot up.
I am quite IT confident and experienced, but nothing I tried over the course of 7 days worked. As a result my £3,000 computer became a very expensive paperweight.

Thankfully, I had taken out support with MendIT. After a couple of emails, I schedule a support call.

Their support Engineer (Bob) spent nearly 90 minutes working with me and this resulted in successfully getting the machine working again.

Absolutely fantastic support. Professional, patient and knowledgeable.

Would recommend to anyone to take out support with this company when buying a new PC.

Really helpful support. The telephone service was great at assisting with diagnosis and ordering of parts required for the repair. Imran, the engineer, came to our house to carry out the repair. Once the issue with the PC had been logged with CCL computers and MendIT, who are the maintenance contractors notified, Nadeem from MendIT did a 1st class job in rectifying the issue. A follow up email from Nadeem was received which is greatly appreciated.

Great experience my power supply failed, Nadeem was very quick with helping me going above and beyond to push the process through quickly and chase up CCL, Bob attended site was great guy replaced all parts wiring on the PC was second to none hugely impressed by the level of service. Would 100% recommend these guys to anyone.

I had a long drawn out issue buying a PC from a seller. When MendIT got involved the guy was called Bob. He was such a nice calm and patient guy and showed me exactly what he thought went wrong and walked me though installing the new graphics card.

He fixed the whole problem and even stuck around for another half hour to help me install windows from a USB and help me get started on the drivers. I'm not very technically gifted but he went above and beyond what I expected and we had a good laugh talking about gaming.

Really great guy, phenomenal service. Highly reccomend this company.

My front case led wasn’t working so I got in contact with mendit and I dealt with Nadeem who ask me to send a few videos of the case and spoke to me then I had Imran attend and he was swift in replacing the front case, which resolved the issue

After trying to fit a component into my PC, I found an error light when trying to turn it back on. I rang MendIT and within 48 hours I was speaking to an engineer, Nadeem. He instructed me to complete some troubleshooting tasks and said he will get a replacement component out within 24 hours…which he did. The problem still persisted, so he suggested a video call to try and work out the problem. Within 5 minutes the computer was back on with no error lights. I had to do one more thing, then it was fully working. Nadeem was brilliant with communication and overall service. 10/10.

Please do not buy anything from them, do not even bother to send them something to be fix, because they will make it worst.
I bought a laptop two years ago, after a year an half the laptop wasn't turning on ( the laptop was use for a business that I started 6 months before it broke down) so I contacted them, as I was having two year guarantee, I sent the laptop. By the way, they do not keep any data, I paid for a software to use for my business and I lost it, so I have to pay for it again. The laptop wasn't turning on, so I only manage to keep few things, also you have to pay for the insurance for the transport, to be honest I think they should do this as still in guarantee. They said it was a software issue and apparently they fixed it.
When I got the laptop back some of the keyboards didn't work, SO GUESS WHAT!! I have to sent the laptop back and paid again the £20 insurance for the transport, and again it was their fault. My laptop was back after few weeks, it was ok. When I went to use it again properly guest what it went back off and it didn't turn on again. I email them but the guarantee expired exactly that month so they can not take it again. So I had to take it to a professional IT. they fix the laptop in two weeks, it was a Hardware problem not a software problem and they kept my data.

First off, gotta say a big thank you to Nadeem and Bob who helped sort out my networking issue. Knocking on in life with multiple heath issue's and being stuck at home most the time the PC is a lifeline I can't do without.
I couldn't fully follow everything that was being told to me, and with no way for them to access my PC to run tests, Nadeem took his time and assured me it would all be sorted and not to worry. Bob, who turned up to sort everything out was great. Very polite and proffessional (actually both were) and got the problem sorted very quickly and had a nice little chat about my DVD/BR and sword collection lol.
Gotta say, service and people were great. Highly recommended.

I recently had an issue with my PC that I bought from CCL. In order to resolve this I was directed to Mendit. Nadeem gave me a FaceTime and tried to identify the faulty part however this was not possible over the phone so, the on-site team was required to resolve this issue. Imran was punctual and got to work straight away finding the issue through testing all the parts. Once he replaced the faulty part he helped me install the new drivers and setup my pc.

A fantastic service supporting the fix to my sons PC. He’s partially sighted so help in pulling out the stops to get the parts and then having Bob complete the engineering work in such a brilliant way, was simply amazing. Thank you
