what a nice change to receive good customer service, i wanted to order 2 mattresses to arrive for definite on a certain day so rang to check. I was asked to complete the order online then ring back within 30 mins to arrange delivery. Within 20mins the company rang me an dthe delivery was changed to suit me and at no extra cost. after allowing them to reinflate i am now on sleep 4 and apart from needing a stepladder to now get in bed it is PERFECT. Sleep is a joy and now have no twinges at all, bliss. Thank you

Having purchased on 2 occasions, I can honestly say that the products this company supplies are fantastic.The value for money and the super fast delivery make this easy to recommend.

Ive been sleeping on a hard mattress for over a year and always woke with back problems and pains in my joints. And
Had interupted sleep.
The 7cm mattress cover in memory foam arived when they said it would and once installed on my bed, 2 nights later no back problems. And no joint pain in the morning.
If you have the same problems buy one of the mattress covers it does help.
My partner said she felt she had slept on clouds!! Im sleeping better and all good. Great product.

I ordered a matress topper which was delivered well ahead of the estimated delivery date.

The topper was a bit crumpled (a ridge down the middle), having been rolled incorrectly before packing, but I expect it to flatten with use.

I love my 10cm deep memory foam mattress topper!

My only complaint is that I am finding it extremely hard to get out of bed in the mornings because it is so comfortable now.

We ordered the mattress with the two free pillows on thursday even and paid for a saturday delivery as we work full time. We were surprised to receive our order two days later in the morning. When we took the mattress out, it was all rolled up and we thought the pillows were missing...but thw pillows were actually in the middle of the rolled up mattress. After sleeping on the mattress for a couple of days now, we are enjoying it a lot. Its soft and comfortable but supports you in the correct places. I have back problems and my lower back definately feels abit better. The mattress does get a little bouncy...when my partner gets into or out of bed, i do feel him move. And as foe the pillows....i'm not a fan....but then again, our main purpose was to get a mattress and now we do! Definately recommend this.

Was unsure to go Zleeps over the usual high street big overpriced branded stock so.....and believe me when I spent many hours researching mattress with the usual brands and let me tell you and the world......if you want a high quality mattress with out the high street price......look no further you search stops here!

Update: Received my replacement cover very quickly thus i have decided to give a 5 star rating.
Reason: The mattress is very, very comfortable, The 10" really gave me that perfect height for my brass bedstead, Free memory foam pillows which are perfect for children, and last but not least the free delivery.
What i did notice !!!
- My body did take a couple of days to adjust to the mattress - Stick with it!!
- Mine took more or less 24hrs to reach maximum expansion and you will certainly feel the difference
- My son loves his new pillow
I Would definitely recommend this mattress to family and friends.


Ordered the King size 10' Memory foam mattress/ 2x free pillows/ free delivery.

When it came delivered it was not correctly inserted into the clear plastic tubing which protects it. In addition to this, the cardboard box was also unable to be correctly sealed as the mattress was bulging where the inner tube 15-20in was not covering the mattress. (Most memory foam mattresses come rolled up thus easier for transportation and this does not affect the mattress quality) The person who packed the mattress in the first instance was aware that neither packaging was correctly sealed so as not to allow damage to the mattress. The mattress was damaged to the outer covering and on telephoning 'Zleeps' and informing them of this they offered to send a replacement cover.

All in all my low rating is for the lack of care to ensure this was delivered correctly sealed. However, I would definitely recommend the mattress and pillows for quality and comfort . Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I ordered the Platinum king size 10cm Memory Foam Topper on the Monday lunch time, I got an email saying it would take 7-10 working days..... I received the topper on Thursday 2pm, Excellent service!!
As for the topper - I love it it is so comfortable and I am so glad I went for the thickest one as its like having a brand new mattress.
The only problem I have with it is getting out of bed in a morning its so cosy and and comfy I don't want to leave it!
If you are undecided on whether to get one I say go for it you won't regret it!

Memory foam topper took about 4 nights to get used to but now it is absolutely sheer heaven, a treat to look forward to going to bed! I would definitely recommend to anyone, you don't want to get up in the morning.

I was baffled by the massive selection of memory foam materials on line. I wanted a good quality and competitively priced item we could use in our caravan (hence 3 ft not 3ft 6ins), and use elsewhere. Zleeps seem to tick all the boxes; they do this 75 gm, 3 ft wide, 3 inch, Topper which gives all the benefits of memory foam but not too squigy like the lower grm ones are! There were many online Toppers which were like for like but were much more expensive! My wife has a dodgy hip and I with a dicky back; we were both most impressed and would say you get a quality product at a good price. It also came almost straight away. the free pillow was not much to write home about but we did not buy it for the pillow!
