The Memorial Company Recenzje

Fantastic company. Always on hand when needed and great communication throughout.

Done with a great level of care and compassion at a difficult time.

Our experience with the Memorial Company was extremely positive and I'd like to say a special thank you to Venetia, who was really patient throughout the process. We approached the Company to help with a Headstone for our late Dad. My Mum and I had an initial appointment with Venetia and she guided us through the process, answering all our questions. She was polite, helpful and showed great professionalism. As we wanted a slightly more bespoke design on the Headstone, there were quite a few phone calls and
e-mails between us and she always had time to answer any questions. As a family, we were so pleased with the Headstone and would have no hesitation in recommending the Company. Thank you again.

With many thanks for the excellent help and guidance we were given by Jane, nothing was too much trouble, she went above and beyond showing nothing but kindness and patience.
Therefore I would highly recommend this very professional company, who delivered my family with the most beautiful headstone of the finest quality and first class workmanship .
Worth every penny

I cant tell you how pleased we all are with the stone, its look beautiful, especially the rose design! We are also really grateful at the time scale you turned the order around in, this meant such a lot especially been so close to Christmas. Thank you to all at The Memorial Company especially Venetia who was very understanding at this difficult time. She dealt with all the paperwork which made the whole process stress free. Highly recommended

Service was excellent. Staff very knowledgeable and very good at explaining what is available in a calm and sympathetic manner. The Headstone was produced exactly as ordered and fitted quicker than expected. They also take care of most of the paperwork to make the process less stressful. The price is also very competitive and lower than some others.
Very Happy with the end result.

First rate service, good advice and understanding with the perfect level of compassion, from the first visit to the showroom to the final installation of a beautiful memorial. I would highly recommend this company.

After being let down by another company I went to the memorial company and I’m so happy I did, from the beginning I was treated with compassion and care. I was guided through the process of choosing the stone for my husband. Vanitia and Jane helped me step by step with clear information and time scale which was much appreciated after a traumatic experience with the other company. I had a phone call to say the memorial was complete and in position and I’m delighted with the finished product and would highly recommend the memorial company for their care and professionalism.
Thank you to everyone at the memorial company.

Very happy with service. The memorial company dealt with my existing family grave stone with great care and attention. The whole process with removing the stone and having an additional inscription was explained clearly and nothing was too much hassle. Stone is back up now and very pleased, they matched the colour and the font to the existing words and it looks fabulous. Highly recommend.

This is the second time the Memorial Company has provided revisions to the monument on my family plot at Kings Norton church. On both occasions their attention to detail, ability to execute and keep me informed of progress has been exactly what I required. I have the funerary monument and inscription I wanted and this has given great satisfaction to myself and family. I believe the pricing was fair and being able to pay in two stages (at commission and once the monument was in place) was a good arrangement. I would certainly recommend their services.

What a fantastic company. Everything had to be done by email/phone as we live 200 miles away and they excelled.
Staff very friendly and helpful and headstone was beautiful. They even sent me a photo after they’d put the headstone back. Well recommended.
