Now in October I had an email to say a favourite style & colour sandal was back in stock. Ella in apricot suede arrived quickly & was well packed, the sandals are hand made & simply exquisite! A perfect size 5 & wider fit than some others, I didn't need to order extra wide. I long for spring summer 2026 so I can wear them.

I live in Australia but was visiting relatives in the UK for a week or two and thought it was the perfect opportunity to save on air miles of packages and order myself a pair of Memery sandals.
The shoes arrived in record time and are the most gorgeous colour and fabulous quality but, unfortunately, were one size too large. Then the stress began-could I return the shoes and receive replacements before I hopped on my return flight?
The team at Memery went above and beyond and as a result I did indeed receive my sandals in time for my return flight. Thank you Memery team! They'll be taking their first spin at Frocktails Sydney.

I’ve ordered the Luise suede pumps and they are simply stunning and incredibly comfortable. The craftsmanship and quality are outstanding and I am so so happy I found your brand.
Additionally, I cannot thank the memery team enough for the amazing customer service since sadly, I had to exchange the regular for the wide option and the entire process was very accommodating.

I had some questions at first so I used their Q and A function on their website and I got all my questions answered within a day. The shoes came very quick. No problem with shipment and the pricing is so reasonable. I have worn the shoes quite a bit now and they are very comfortable and stylish they look like the picture. Can only recommend if you are also someone looking for some vintage shoes to buy from Memery. I am already planning for a second pair 😍.

I ordered the Edwardian Walking Boots for my wedding, and they were absolutely stunning...truly a dream come true in both style and fit! Unfortunately, after just the second wear, the toe became deeply scuffed, which was heartbreaking given they were meant to be my wedding shoes. I reached out to customer service hoping for advice on how to fix them, and not only did they respond quickly, they went above and beyond by sending me a brand-new pair right away. Thanks to their incredible support, my wedding outfit was saved!

High quality shoes with lovely designs that take into account the need for low heels and wide feet. The shoes are carefully packed. I love the most the aspect of being able to exchange for another size - it brings me peace of mind that I can find the suitable size for a pair of shoes I really love!

I was under a bit of time pressure and the team at memery made it possible for me to wear the shoes at the wedding as I was hoping. The shoes are a very good quality and feel very comfortable. The service was really great.

I purchased the women's saddle oxford shoes. The quality materials and craftmanship speak for themselves. The footbed in these shoes are amazing. The longer I wore the shoes, the less tired my feet were. I did not know what I had been missing in well-made shoes, until I purchased this pair. There is plenty of room in the toe box, the shoes fit well, and I even have room to wear thicker socks if I desire. It is a very smart looking pair of shoes, which I am proud to own. My feet are narrow in the heal and narrow to medium width, depending on how the shoe is made, and these shoes do not slip on my heel. I am 63 years old and still enjoying wearing saddle oxfords. Best investment I could have made.

I bought a pair of Britta boots after searching high and low for something quality to replace the Dr Martens size hole in my heart. The first pair was absolutely stunning but just a touch too tight. Worried that I would bust the seams while waiting for the leather to break in, I reached out to customer service for advice. They were absolutely lovely and patient with all my questions during the exchange process. I ended up remeasuring my foot for a smaller but wider size and was shocked at how well the new pair fit. Snug in just the way you want new leather to be, but not so tight that you have to worry about popping anything or suffering while they mold to the foot.

Did I also immediately order another pair of boots in a more witchy style from them? Yes. Did I just now place an order for a pair of everyday shoes from them as well? Listen, this is getting embarrassing, but yes, yes I did just order my 3rd pair of Memery shoes. They're expensive but an investment for sure. So many reviews that led me to my first purchase said they've been wearing theirs for years. I look forward to maintaining and showing off mine for years to come as well.

What fabulous shoes! I have recently purchased two pairs of shoes and I am blown away.
Not only do they look lovely and feminine, they are also incredibly comfortable. They arrived beautifully packaged with extra little touches like another pair of heel tips (just in case). I will definitely be back for more.
