Just make some deliveries that would be a start ,returns policy rip it up and rewrite it ,this time add some customer satisfaction in the policy ,and return monies if items not recieved sorry im just dreaming 🤭🤭🤭 been waiting 3 month and still no items or apology or money returned ,there i go again just dreaming again.

Whatever you do AVOID THIS COMPANY.Been waiting for a refund for 9MONTHS.Keep being told my money is in a queue in their accounts department and be with me shortly.Countless emails from me chasing them but always excuses not to pay.Now their email address is unobtainablle.Total SCAMMERS.DEAL WITH THEM AT YOUR PERIL.BE WARNED.

Ordered 2 pairs still waiting don't answer emails website no longer exists this is a scam company.

Ordered some hearing aids from this company. Received them okay, but were faulty. They wouldn't or couldn't take them back as they claimed they had no UK facilities. They gave me an address in China (Ha Ha) to which I sent them. Never heard a thing. Contacted them again and the agent said she would get a refund initialised. Again this has never happened and despite repeated requests - nothing. My advice is stear well clear of this scam company.

Ordered two by mistake. The company refused to change the order. Hearing aids eventually arrived totally not fit for purpose. Elena haha full of promises to no availafter returning in May still no refund and guess what Royal mail have just returned them. Next step visit to bank. Avoid these scammers like the plague. Robbing pensioners.

I have been trying for a refund since January, been promised it on numerous emails and now have been blocked. Stay clear as it’s a scam.

Still waiting for my £69 refund from April. Total scammers and rip off merchants. Please stay clear if you want to protect your money and sanity😱

Sent these back in April 2025.They were returned to me after 4 months because they were unclaimed!!
No answer from my emails.I feel I’ve been scammed!

I had the Same problem of no refund when returning the item, you have to pay for the return as well !!.They eventually blocked me .....do not use this company as its a rip off.

How many £69.99s have they stolen from people?
I didn't get my refund either after returning hearing aids.
Totally dishonest people at the Helm of this Company.

Ordered 2 sets of hearing aids, recieved them, didn't get on with them so returned them as instructed at a cost of £20 as they wanted them recorded delivery delivery to China although they had a distribution depot in England??
Nearly 5 months on STILL WAITINGFOR MY REFUND, my emails are now not been received/delivered so expect they have now blocked me.

DONT DO ANY DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY, NOT TO BE TRUSTED, HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, THEN JUST DISREGARD YOU WHEN YOU REQUIRE A REFUND.

Absolutely shocking! Had a product delivered back in March, didnt work. Was promised a replacement for weeks which never arrived! Then was offered a refund which I accepted, still waiting months later! Despite numerous emails between myself and the company still no refund. Now they must have blocked me as my emails are not delivering! Absolutely disgusting.

Still waiting for my refund from April. Poor products , appalling customer service. Do not touch.😞

A bunch of thieves stealing refunds from OAPs when promising refunds. Never deal with this company

What an absolute nightmare, the biggest scam I’ve ever come across….. hearing aids arrived, put them in and oh boy! There was a hissing and whistling sound lots of background noise hurt my ears. I turned the sound level down to no avail, I could not hear the TV, just background hissing & whistling…

The very clever Facebook ads are deemed as false advertising, please, please DO NOT buy…

I got in touch with scam company, only to be told they would give me a 25% discount and keep them! I said no at first I wanted a full refund, they said to get a full refund I would have to send them back to China, I’ve heard that if you send back to China it costs about £25 only to be stuck in customs, then they are sent back to you!

I said I’d do a charge back via my bank etc., but I stand no chance because they gave me a ruddy Chinese address to return….. I’ve had to accept the 25% pay back because I’ve exhausted all avenues…

As soon as I get the little of what they have offered, the load of carp will be binned! And I will pay the £3000 from my GENUINE audiologist for real authentic hearing aids.

They have loads of different adverts under different names on Facebook but the main company name is MELUXA…

SCAM free trial of a hearing aid that is pretty bad. There is a constant hissinig sound even when there is nothing to hear. Returning item is a nightmare, they insist the aid be sent to China. I have had to get Mastercard involved to get my money back. AVOID

Worst shopping experience ever. Was promised a refund but not forthcoming. They just string you along hoping you will give up asking. They tell people they are UK based but they are in China. The Hearing Aids are rubbish. Facebook should take them down for lying and cheating innocent people. Stay well clear.

Scam,mine were faulty immediately, sent back to China at more expense and been waiting for refund but just excuse after excuse but no refund, avoid and report to Facebook, different names too but same scam company.😡
