Update:Finally can top up bundle after few days stress..some Customer Services help. Hopefully next top up be not that stressful..and data working.

Had Melita for many years now. Technicians that have attended always seem to know their business, which is good, and they come quite promptly too.
Knocking off two stars for two things. The first is how they cap the level lower than what is advertised, but within the rules of the small print. Example – I pay for 750, but I only get 600. (and when I test it, it's 600 almost exactly, or 599, so it's clearly hitting a ceiling). When I wrote to them about it, they say that they allow for 150 either way. In other words, they advertise one thing, but actually give you another.
The second is that it took far too much hassle for them to change the address on my bills. Especially when they're the ones who moved the router from my old place and installed it in the new one.

Absolutely cannot recommend. Waited over an hour on chat for a response. Then they made a random appointment without consulting me. Then when I stated I did not want an appointment, they rescheduled anyways. The one time I actually did have an appointment, no one showed up and they marked it as completed. Absolute mess of a company and very unprofessional

I had a great experience with Melita Customer Care. Denise Galea and Paul were both extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. My issue was handled quickly with a fast response, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Excellent service — keep up the great work!

Melita recently removed all MTV music channels and replaced them with different channels. These channels are very similar to channels which are already provided so really and truly Melita removed TV channels and customers have gained nothing back. overall, absolute shit-show from Melita's side

Requested to cancel my Internet with Melita in October for November this year. For some reason they didn't cancel it and postponed cancellation until December for some reason and charged me for additional month. No response from Carlos, the guy who was supposed to take care of me. Cancelled direct debit, blocked all payments to Melita. Wanted to keep my Maltese mobile number, changed my mind after this experience. Never again, Melita. You should be ashamed!

Except customer service which is really okay, everything else is disastrous.
For a month we had no internet so I cancelled contract, of course I have to pay last month although usage of internet was zero. Other providers sre not much better but these- they are the worst. I am happy I moved my mobile package to other provider ao I will not have anything with Melita, soon my home internet will be changed as well from Melita to anything else

The worst internet provider, completely scam, they will tell you one thing for you to contract their service and then after that they come with a highly abusive fee and tariff for you to pay.
I don't recommend and I hope you collapse.

The engineer showed up bang on time, checked the modem then went on the roof. 10 minutes later he came down with a corroded element, had replaced it and didn't charge a cent. Very impressed, thank you.

I arrived to Malta to do my internship for my university and i chose to use Melita for calls and internet. Firstly, i want to mention that the payment system does not make any sense: first month you pay 20.99 euro, then second month 10.64, then 16.99. The interface to check your bills is impossible to understand and is uncomfortable to use. Second of all, the representatives of the company, cannot explain if the bill is paid or not: I came first time to the shop in Gozo, to check if my bills are paid, where i was told that they were, but i did not have any transactions from my card. I came second time to them, where they again told that everything is paid, but i was insisting to check better. At the end they found out that i was right, and had to pay. On 30.08.25 I came to terminate my account, as I am permanently leaving the country, and i made sure i paid everything and asked representative if i everything is closed and she said yes. I have never seen in any SIM provider such process to close your account: you need to PROVE that you either leaving the country by sending them PLANE TICKETS or some other prove. I AM A CUSTOMER AND I WANT TO CLOSE ACCOUNT WHENEVER I WANT, WHY SHOULD I PROVE SOMETHING TO YOU? I provided them my flight tickets, but when i was long time out of the country i again receive the bill, and being told by online representative that the company didn't like my tickets. Sorry to say, this is absolutely disgusting SIM provider, which i absolutely do not recommend.

I cancelled a service with Melita on 7th August, and received written confirmation of the cancellation via chat. Despite this, I was still charged €25 for a service they later claimed was necessary to move my internet — even though it worked fine beforehand.
On 16th October, I received a call where I was falsely told that installation work was done outside my apartment to justify the charge. No such work was done. I found this misleading and unacceptable, and as a result, I terminated my subscription entirely.
I’m now pursuing a complaint with the MCA and MCCAA. Be cautious and document everything if you’re with Melita.

Internet in Sliema was down for hours (and not for the first time) - it came back briefly (maybe 15 minutes) and is now out again. Customer service is a poor chatbot of no use whatsoever.
