If I could rate this company with 0 starts I would. This company is the literal definition of an online SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE. I ordered a jumpsuit from this so claimed "Australian company". The shipment arrived late after I complained and then realized it was coming from China, which I would not mind if what arrived would have remotely looked like what I ordered, it was entirely a piece of trash, like they didn't even try to make it look similar. And then their exceptional solution was to give me a 20% refund while letting me keep their $2 dollar piece of garbage and warned me that sending it back will cost more. This is outrageous, between AI edited images and the lack of accountability and laws around this, customers are left completely exposed to these thieves!!

What they post online is NOT what they send. It is a scam website. I asked for a refund when I received the order. They would not give it to me. They said I can get a free replacement or a 10% refund. Of course if you’re tricking people into buying things from you that would be your return policy

I bought the Royal Blue jumpsuit, but it didn't match what I saw online. It wasn't what I expected, so I contacted customer service for a refund. They didn't offer a full refund—only store credit, a replacement, or a 20% discount if I kept the item. I was worried it wouldn't arrive in time for the funeral, so I kept it to donate. The material is very thin, and I wouldn't wear it to church as it would be embarrassing. The quality isn't good. Never buying from them again.

I ordered 3 jackets because the pictures looked nice. They are cheap and flimsy. I reached out to their support twice and I got no response. I emailed them and they wanted only offer me 10% back. I have emailed them back and forth today several times. Their last offer was for 30% back. I want and expect a full Refund. I'm still waiting on a response. Absolutely Horrible Customer Service.

Misleading and fraudulent - bought a few sizes and checked return policy ahead of time, website states full refund if unwashed and unworn within 30 days of purchase. I had to email to initiate return for items too small and too large, I was told I could get 10% back (my order total was $240). Argued that is not in line with published return policy, no language references partial refund, they agreed to 20% and then 30%. Or the option to mail back to China, that the package will likely get lost and they can't refund it. Entirely fraudulent company. I opened an investigation with my bank.

I had a really disappointing experience with MelissaStyle.com. I ordered a blouse that looked beautiful on their website, but what I received was completely different, not just in quality, but even the style didn’t match the photos at all.

When I reached out to customer support, hoping for a proper resolution, they offered me either a 20% refund if I kept the blouse or store credit. Honestly, I don’t understand why I would want to keep something that looks nothing like what I ordered, let alone accept store credit to risk another bad purchase.

The blouse cost $36.95, which isn’t cheap for something of such poor quality. Overall, this felt misleading and frustrating. Definitely learned my lesson here.

Ordered a top and it was very poor quality & looked nothing like the item on line.
Product ships from China which I did not know & would have to be returned to China which would be very costly.
They ended up offering a 30% credit which makes this purchase a waste of money.
Hard lesson learned!!

I ordered a peacoat for my husband from Melissa Style. It's great quality, but fit a little small compared to his other coats. I contacted customer support, and they did a great job working with me to find the right fit. They sent me a sizing chart upon request. They were very responsive and offered one on one support if I needed any further help. After we determined the correct size and requested the exchange, they responded quickly by processing a new order and sending out the the new coat. Thank you again for all of your help in making this a perfect birthday gift for my husband.

Ladies listen up for all those happy reviews they are BS! This stuff is SHEIN/Temu quality!!!!! Please listen to me because I read the reviews and thought that they’re more happy than negative so I would give it a chance & paid $45 for a blazer that came such cheap material just like Temu came from China took weeks to be delivered. Save your money this is just Chinese cheap crap. You can’t even trust American sounding names and I’m mad at myself because I didn’t do my homework enough. Please listen to me to all you that were like well maybe that person was just mad. No this is Temu/ SHEIN quality. I can’t say it enough!

I ordered a winter coat garment on January 22, 2026 , received it and the quality of the coat was very cheap.. purchased it for $79.95. Under the description it states "high quality" and it is as cheap as you get off temu...then the website states a " straight forward" return to give the consumer a peace of mind... They are negotiating a percentages to me instead of simply and peacefully giving me a full refund and taking the jacket back. They offer to give me 16 bucks and coat . NO I WANT A PEACEFUL, STRAIGHT FORWARD FULL REFUND AND YOU CAN TAKE THE COAT TOO!

The picture was so deceptive, when I received the product 15days late the trench coat was made of thin fabric just like another shirt not a coat by any means. Runs smaller than the size your order. Never buy from here. I wasted 60$.

What they depicted on their end was entirely two different things. They made it look like it was a heavy knit or wool sweater. What I got was a flimsy fabric sweater with an ugly dickie attached to it I didn't even think would be part of the garment. Could have probably got this through Shein for 10 bucks. I'll stick to the tried and true clothing stores and veer clear away from these boutique sellers.
