Genuinely the absolute Dons of Customer…

Genuinely the absolute Dons of Customer Service! Not only are the range and prices great, but the delivery crew couldn't be more helpful, professional and thoughtful. To top it off I made a schoolgirl error in my latest order and they literally called me first thing to check it was actually what I wanted as it had cost me over £100 more than I needed it to. Changed the order on the spot and processed the refund within half an hour...what is this service witchcraft?!!

Placed in required area needed.
Have marked down by one point due to nobody coming to door too inform us that it had been delivered.
Must have been very quiet as the dog did not bark to inform us someone was near.
Great service though.

Thanks for the great and apologies for being too stealthy on this occasion!

Considering we arrived in a big crane lorry to deliver your two bulk bags, did well not to alert the dog! 🐶

We would normally knock to let customers know we’ve arrived, so we’re not quite sure what happened there. If there’s no answer, our drivers will always make a sensible judgement on safe placement and unloading, which thankfully seems to have worked well here.

Great delivery service

My delivery of two bulk bags of Pea Gravel was delivered on the requested date by a really helpful driver who placed the bags exactly where I wanted them with great skill and no fuss.

Great service. Great communication.
