I joined a Melanin Money masterclass. I also paid for the VIP. Do not pay for the VIP. You do not get any special time not attention.

I the George and Carter seem like upright guys with a big ole sales pitch. Every 2 hour madyerclass started with money questions from other students. I wanted two hours of education. Then after all the hype of the week you are offered a special opportunity for 20k to participate for 6 mos. The only way to determine if you are eligible for the class is to put down 2k deposit. I was guaranteed the was refundable without question - in a text even from my sales woman. When I mentioned I wasn’t going to move forward the very nice young woman asked me to be patient for a few days so she didn’t get in trouble. Then asked if I would speak with another Melanin guy / I thought it was going to be an investment advisor. Turned out to be an annoyed sales guy.

It has been over two weeks since I requested a refund. I have seen no refund. I received responses to my emails that were scripted “ thank you for bringing this to our attention. It will be addressed in the order received.

Very disappointing particularly from people that talk a lot about integrity and doing the right thing. Seems to be nothing more than talk.

I was captured by their stories and scenarios. For a variety of reasons I got that feeling this wasn’t the program for me. Ad I have yet to get my refund back,it has confirmed how grateful I am I didn’t join the program. BE AWARE!!

I have taken 2 of their classes online and attended Wealth Weekend in Alanta. I think George and Carter are wonderful and honest people. I wish there was something inbetween a $400 class and a $12k program for those of us in the between area. But its something to work towards.

This program has been a God Sent. I have accomplished so much in a year. I have scaled by business where in 2026 my company will gross a million dollars. I have gotten 190,000 in business revenue to grow my business. I have added a vending machine business. I have learned the value of building a team around me. I have been to Cabo.......It was so much fun. Now, here I come real estate. You know how they talk about assets, Melanin Money, George and Carter, is an asset to my life, family, and business. Melanin money events are unsurpassed. Rich Relatives Recess was so refreshing! The foundation is always excellent, actionable education from industry experts. However, the mix of fun and newfound family of like-minded individuals pushes me towards my goals faster than I could ever do alone.

I always enjoy the Melanin Money experience. Wealth Weekend, etc. There is always a great balance of learning, networking and fun. Coming to these events always highlights for me how much information I am missing. Everything from strategies for partnerships to investments and franchises.

Melanin provides the opportunity and environment to succeed with the expectation that I am responsible for my own success. The resources available does include tax strategy, multiple investment opportunities and guidance. Every person on the team for success is encouraging, knowledgeable, and unassuming . My journey with Melanin Money continues to exceeded expectations and have been well worth the investment. Honestly, I was very skeptical at the start but I did extensive research to make sure it was right for me personally. I joined after doing the challenge. The information that was provided was very high level, that provided additional strategies the average person may not be aware of. Once I took the next step and invested in myself, the returns continued coming. I joined as a W2 employee with goals to reduce taxes, improve net worth and start a business that produces passive income. Even working in the financial field and knowing about some of the strategies being taught I needed experts in the field to take me to the next level.

Following the roadmap provided, I continued to work on the tasks diligently. It is not something that will happen overnight and it is a “get rich scheme”. The tools and strategies are provided by the team and you must invest your time, make sacrifices and execute. The team is available to guide you and assist on your journey.
My biggest wins thus far are with my employer 401k that was being managed by the brokerage firm. My returns were stagnant at 4-6%. After joining the program and working with my financial advisor Koko to make some changes, canceled the managed feature. My results in the last eight months have grown to 17% returns. My second win involves consolidating all my brokerage accounts into one at M1 Finance. I opened two accounts using George’s recommended pie. Melanin Money provides advice and always stresses that do your due diligence and work with financial advisor to ensure it is a good fit. I am excited to report that the returns on my accounts are at 42% and 73% in that short space of time. Lastly, we are in the process of acquiring of first investment property.

The Melanin Money community is an added benefit with a wealth of information that is available. I spend my time listening to podcasts, watching videos and reviewing previous recording. Realistically, you get what you put into to it. It was a great decision for us, and we just wished we knew about it sooner. We renewed our membership to continue our journey.

MM has helped me accelerate my early retirement goal. Their guidance led me to implement tax and investment strategies that expanded my net worth and opened new possibilities. In 10 months I’ve expanded my real estate portfolio, secured business funding, begun the process of acquiring a business and protected my assets for a generational wealth transfer (trust). This community offers a wealth of information and great connections.

We’ve learned a lot through this program. My biggest take away is the fact that we have set our family up for success if anything happens to us. We have successfully set up a trust, a will, and have a good game plan for our legacy in the future. It has also been great to be able to network with like minded people who are trying to level up.

I have been a member of other mastermind groups and few will allow direct access to the CEO/owner of the brand . Questions and coaching in other mastermind groups is usually with staff member. However George and Carter have a call monthly to coach members on variety of topics and then open the table for one on one coaching!!. Everything from opening Air bnb and trading stocks to business tax strategies to acquiring multi million dollar businesses is discussed. The mastermind exposes you to think out the box for whats possible in life. I have added income streams of digital products and training program to my existing medical practice.
