Once we established who we needed to talk to and gained a contact it was easy. The communication was excellent and they kept us informed. We would certainly recommend this company to others without hesitation.

We decided to upgrade our solar system. We had to wait some 8 weeks for delivery, but that was because mega watt we’re fully booked. They delivered on time and the team doing the installation were quick and efficient. They have been proactive in advising us through to installation of the smart meter b6 the power company

Mega Watt Power were great, from the first visit for a quote, through to the install, were kept up to date when the install was to take place which was interrupted by many wet days in Coffs.
Could not rate them highly enough.

I had my 1st group of 10 solar panels installed by this company about 5 yrs ago. Service was very professional and zero issues since.

Most recently they’ve installed a 2nd batch of 15 panels and associated 2 x Tesla power wall batteries. From Technical Sales contact/order through to installation and billing they’ve been incredibly courteous and competent. This despite all the rain we’ve had, and continue to have ;-). I have no hesitation in recommending them to all. Thanks 🙏 again team.

We enjoyed working with Mega Watt Power to install solar panels on our roof. The initial planning and information was thorough and personable, and communication was good leading up to the day of installation, which was done efficiently and respectfully. The follow up check-in is a nice touch and makes you feel like you aren't on your own if something goes wrong.

I was happy that a local company was my choice to install our solar system recently.

They responded to our request to assess our home promptly and gave us a very comprehensive assessment of our choices.

We did have to wait a while to get the installation done, but we were advised of this from the start and when out turn came about the job was done quickly and with no real disturbance to our life.

The system was explained to us in simple terms and the follow up with manuals and information was appreciated

Other solar companies advertise cheaper systems but I am happy that we engaged the local Megawatt Power to install our system and I am sure that if we do have any problems in the future they will be able to help

My wife and I were impressed with the service we received from Mega Watt Power. We received good information and assistance when we were deciding whether to install a solar system. Once we made the decision to proceed, they were punctual at all times: starting on the date scheduled and completing the service on the date scheduled. They were also helpful with post completion service, helping me at all times with the many questions we had. While the service we received was first rate, we have been also been very impressed with the financial benefits the solar system has provided. It was truly a worthwhile investment.
