From start to finish Megan and her team have been amazing! So professional, helpful and supportive throughout. My husband and I were first time buyers so entered this whole process completely clueless but everyone who’s dealt with us along the way has been brilliant. Property details and the online viewing and images were of an excellent quality and the process of getting my property on to the market was painless.

Megan and her team kept me fully up to date with viewings, buyer feedback and gave very useful guidance when it came to agreeing a sale price.

Through out the conveyancing the team were excellent at chasing the chain and keeping me up to date with progress. I was always amazed when I called the office how up to date the whole team were on the progress of my sale.

At no point did I have to wait for someone to call me back because the person who knew about my sale was out of the office or on the phone. Everyone seemed to know what was going

I required a valuation of our property for personnel reasons, which were explained to Megan prior to her visit. When she arrived she was well prepared, gave her time even though she was aware we had no intention of selling. Megan explained things to me, asked questions and took information down. Over the years i have dealt with estate agents and have never been that impressed. Megan I felt was honest, trustworthy, professional, friendly, and interested in what I had to say. I would have no hesitation in giving her my property to sell if necessary in the future.
