NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
I was given a watch for my birthday earlier this year which this useless shower supposedly made. It has never worked for a second. The instructions were clearly written by a chimpanzee, fail to refer to which model they apply to, and following the bits that you can achieve produces zero results. Contacting them direct produced the biggest pile of horseshit I have ever heard, including "How do we know it is our product?", possibly from your name being plastered all over the item and the packaging. "We need to know where you bought it (it was a present, as I told the idiot about 15 times). Why do you need to know that? Is the seller damaging your product when he sells them? Why have him as an agent? And the best one of the lot "Send me a video of it not working and I will tell you what is wrong with it" How exactly does that work? A video of a watch not working would be precisely the same as a still photograph of a watch not working. This company is scum, and the people who "work" there are a bunch of deranged lunatics who offer a guarantee, then will say anything to avoid being held to the responsibility for any vendor to make at least a pathetic effort to ensure that their products are fit for purpose. The goods are crap, the customer service is far too bad to be called a joke, and nobody should have anything to do with them.
