I wouldn't give them a star if there was a way to not give them one. I order my item April 28 it is now may 19. It take way to long to get a item you ordered. I don't see how they have been in business for 15 years. I am not happy with them and don't see me ordering anything else if they don't improve. Johnny

I ordered a mask back in March to be delivered to Bulgaria. I told them I never recceived the mask and would like my money back. They told me in was sitting in the post office and it was not their fault.

The company uses Singapore Post to ship their items. This is the worst tracking shipper. The company stopped tracking when the item was supposedly put on the plane. I had to find an independent tracking service and they said the mask had been in transit for over 36 dayshttps on track dz. After March 17th, Singapore shipping stops tracking services. Trackdz states:

Recently, Megadeals sent me this as a record. Anyone can fill this out. With the tracking record non-existent after getting on the plane from Singapore Express, the info from the company looks bogus:

The company recently sent me a a notice saying it arrived In Bulgaria two weeks ago. Anyone can fill this out to make it look legitimate. With no previous records of transactions from Singapore Express after it was sent supposedly on the plane, I am very skeptical that this is legitimate.

I talked to the central post office in Sophia and they had no record of receiving the item. They said there would be a notice that it had to go through customs.

Please do not use this company. I do not want another customer to be ripped off like I have been and out $19. I will be filing with the Better Business Bureau, etc.

Ordered an item over a month ago, using Paypal. Got a poorly constructed & worded email back thanking us for purchase. Uses an anglisized name but not a natural English user!

Haven't received the item and no response to my 2 follow up emails.

Rip off merchant it seems.

Megadeals needs to better VET the companies they want to promote!

Twice I have had a nightmare mess getting items I ordered.

Ordered masks from them almost three weeks ago. I ordered them THRU Megadeals after getting an email notice they had them IN STOCK AND READY TO SHIP!

So far nothing indicates the order has even been prepped,much less shipped. I have tried to contact the company and had no luck getting any kind of response.

They charged my card as soon as I placed the order so I expected the masks to be shipped in a reasonable amount of time.

Almost 60 bucks tied up at a time I can't afford to have 60 bucks tied up!

This is the second time I have used Megadeals to order something, it will be my last.

Burn me once shame on you, burn me twice shame on me.

The last time I ordered from them I had to do a charge back on my CC to get the company I ordered from to get on the ball after four weeks of nothing, then two more weeks before I got the items.

At the very least Megadeals should disclose the parties they work with are VERY SLOW TO FILL AND SHIP ORDERS!!

We ordered mask 4 weeks ago, try to contact now I keep receiving error, we did track it now it is gone I guess, don’t think I will get my money back , don’t buy from them there seems to be no recourse.

Habe schlechte Erfahrungen mit dieser Firma gemacht. Von wegen 24/7 Kundenservice. Auf 3 e-Mails, in deutsch und englisch, keine Antwort bekommen wohin die Retoure geschickt werden soll. Von wegen 30 Tage Rückgaberecht und Geld-zurück-Garantie.
Unseriös und Betrug in meinen Augen.
NIE WIEDER.
Und hier die Ansage, man soll sich an die Support eMailadresse wenden ist auch unseriös, da es genau diese ist, von der man keine Antwort bekommt.
Eine ziemlich unzufriedene Kundin.

Das gekaufte Produkt ganz anders als auf der Website - fast möchte man schon einen Betrugsversuch in der Darstellung vermuten - und obwohl in den Mails von "... Geld-zurück-Garantie" und "Der Kunde ist König" geschrieben wird, sieht die Wahrheit bei einer Reklamation ganz anders aus: abwimmelnd mit freundlichsten Worten, und nach vielen Mails hin und her (sogar nach Einschaltung von PayPal) das Angebot von der Rückerstattung von 10% des Kaufpreises.
Diese Firma ist eine Frechheit - meine Meinung: Hier kaufe ich nie wieder irgendetwas!!

Es ist unglaublich. Habe am 3.Februar das Geld für die Bestellung bezahlt,und habe bis heute keine Ware. Das ist in meinen Augen Betrug. Dieses Unternehmen ist betrügerisch:
- sie haben Schrott geliefert
- auf Mails reagieren sie nicht
- die Anschrift zur Rücksendung hat die Annahme des Produktes verweigert
- eine Erstattung habe ich nie erhalten.

Wer ein funktionstüchtiges Gerät wünscht kaufe es lieber in zuverlässigen Geschäften

Leider ist die Reaktion des Unternehmens ebenso eine einzige Lüge: da ist niemand zu chatten - sie lügen, was die Anschrift angeht, wohin man das Gerät zurückschicken kann (das war dann die Reaktion auf meine 50igste Mail), man muss das kostenpflichtig zurücknehmen - als von vorn bis hin eine einzige Lüge. Und das ist es, was einen soverzweifelt macht bei diesem Unternehmen: was sie als Kundenkontakt anpreisen, existiert in der Realität nicht - und auch hier lassen sie keine Reaktion zu!
Das ist ihre Kontaktseite: sieht da jemand einen "live-chat"? Mit Kanada telefonieren? Mit Malta? Und wer bezahlt das? Das ist alles eine einzige Lüge....

Apparently the watch I ordered arrived at the final depot ‘damaged beyond repair’. Have emailed megadeals 3 times now. No reply. The customer is always king, according to their original email. If it wasn’t so awful, I’d laugh.

SCAM ORDERED IN DECEMBER 2018 AND TODAY IS
JANUARY 31,2020 AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY ITEM. I HAVE EMAILED THEM SO MANY TIMES AND NO RESPONSE.
RUN RUN RUN.

Kein Lieferschein, kein Retourenschein der Ware beigelegt. Damit ist man schon mal aufgeschmissen. Die Telefonnummer für Retouren auf dem Paketaufkleber existiert nicht, somit hat man keine Möglichkeit, den Schrott zurück zu senden.
