I have had not good experience last time to but from mega cart

Ordered fewtime !! Last order was around £50 out that £18.99 Patanjali ghee was missing value£18.99 ?? Try to rang no answer!! Email support team no joy so far ! How to deal with this company??

I had made an order and as usual there were missing items from the order. They owe me more than £30 and not responding to emails not picking up phone. I have been trying to connect with them since yesterday but no result. Though food quality is good but there habit of not sending all items though charging you for same and then not responding to emails for complaints is causing great stress. I will update if they respond to me .. really irritated

Not fresh vegetables and also we were missing around 8 items. Not good customer service

There are 4 items missing out of 9 items we ordered. Continuously trying to contact from last 4 days but their lines are always busy as no agent available to attend the call. Sent multiple emails and try to contact via whatsapp but they are not responding even after 4 days. No refund initiated for missing items yet. I have lost my money here.

I also wanted to return item due to quality issues but not able to contact them.

Very disappointing and awful service.

Please resolve the issue ASAP.

Disappointed as once again item missing and cheaper items replaced for expensive ones. Not able to get through by phone after attempting several times. Never had this issue before but not impressed as no responses to emails either.

There were missing items in my order and there is no one responding to my emails or calls. It’s been almost 4 days and no response ! You phones lines always say there is no agent to attend the call. Why do you even have a phone line service then ? Ridiculous service and poor response times.

The order was delayed twice with lack of clear communication non delivery till last moment. On top of it, when the items were received, some of them were either not delivered or not fresh or squash or had fungus. Really bad customer service this time.

Frozen things arrived defrosted. Besan flour expires in a week. Emailed mega cart support. No responce yet.

Package is not good. Heavy items are placed on top of Veg’s and leafy items. Okra is not at all good.

I have recently order M3693my parcel 📦 in advance and till date I haven’t received it also I haven’t had any communication from Megacart.Megacart usually efficient all around but lately there availability on key items getting really sloppy. You got to be on your toes. Unfortunately this time you will get poor feedback from me.

I have been dealing with Megacart for a couple of years. Their service and delivery are excellent as are the quality and variety of fruit and vegetables.

Megacart is a very good business specialy for indian food and other supplies Delivery system is very efficient. Fresh vegetables are very good quality. Prices are reasonable. I would recommend the shop for online shopping.

We made three orders so far. Undoubtedly, Megacart Foods always deliver quality products at affordable price. However, every time they miss one of the other item. I feel it's very difficult to ring them and explain about the missing items. Of course, at the end they do refund. However, we need to spend significant time on calls and days to get refund. Finally, we need to go to other shop to buy those missing items. I would advise them to be more organised.
