Now very concerned, ordered online I didn’t go through Facebook, never do but googled website, and ordered through that, spent £28 on 29th April, yesterday £147.02 was taken from my account, no subscription was signed up for and no agreement to take extra funds, I’ve had no email responses, evri says they’ve got my original order, email through customer support but no response and through Facebook messenger which they’ve seen but yet to respond, tried to block pending payment but don’t seem to of been successful, why don’t cards ask you to confirm pending transactions for automatic card payments???

I did not agree to a subscription! I actively made sure not to sign up for any subscription service. Low and behold, now there is a $200 charge and I cant event sign into an account on their website to try and dispute it. Terrible and shady practices from this company.

I ordered pods after seeing an ad on social media. The order came to $47. Two days later I was randomly charged an additional $199.99. I can’t get them to explain what they were doing nor can I get it back. So I have to fight the charge with my credit card company. What a bunch of cheating scammers.

There was nothing mentioned about a subscription nor any notice before they billed me. To top it off, their website does not function to manage your account and cancel this unauthorized subscription nor cancel it.
Avoid this merchant! I am contacting Shop.com as well as my credit card company to dispute the fraudulent charges.

There facebook page has been changed name several times along with the fake reviews saying they have received there orders . It’s all a scam as long as you order they will have your card details to continue to take money out of and there will be nothing you can do to stop it until you cancel your card which is a real pain and inconvenience. DO NOT GET SUCKED in with there fake Facebook page and the online app “SHOP” which is supposed to have only legitimate business on. Scam scam scam !!!!!

Placed order for £37.35 and days later received a further charge of £147.02. No warning, no agreement to the charge. Contacted customer support and no reply. Will be issuing a chargeback through American Express. I note the company appears to be based in Australia so I will be reaching out to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) if the charges are not refunded.

Nothing on that for ages until a £147.02 charge comes through yesterday with no explanation, tried to contact their team and nothing. Had an email this morning thanking me for my further order which I never placed!
Avoid at all costs, have started a dispute with my bank to get a refund as I doubt this company will do anything of the sort.
EDIT: Just had another charge come through for almost £300 that was luckily blocked. Definitely need to change cards after this!

MeetFlowze, They charged me $199 for a order that was supposed to be 40$ since they had a "70% off sale". Luckily my bank declined the transaction. Would not reccommend.

Unauthorised charge + no subscription disclosure — here’s how to get your money back
I placed a single order with Flowze for £35.33. The next day, a second payment for £147.02 appeared on my account without my consent. I received no confirmation email, no invoice, and no subscription information. The “Manage Subscription” link in the Shop app led to a DNS error, and the order page redirected to the homepage, so I couldn’t view, cancel, or manage anything.
I contacted Flowze immediately but received no explanation. Several of their email addresses also bounced back as non‑existent.
If this happens to you, here’s what you need to do:
- Contact your bank straight away and report it as an unauthorised transaction
- Provide screenshots showing the missing confirmation email and broken subscription portal
- Open a case with Shop Pay/Shopify Payments (they investigate merchants misusing subscription tools)
- Keep copies of all emails and order pages
My bank has now opened a Visa dispute and is reviewing the evidence.
If you’re seeing unexpected charges, act quickly, you’re protected under the Payment Services Regulations.

I ordered from them at the end of April 2026, and a few days later having not received any updates, I emailed them to ask them to cancel my order. I got a reply promptly saying that my order had been cancelled and I should get a refund. The day after that, this company charged my card £147.02, although I didn’t buy anything from them. I was already sceptical about how legitimate this company is. After the charge came through, I started the fraud process with my bank. While I was typing this up, this company refund the amount back to me. Just don’t order from them it’s more trouble than it’s worth.

This company misdelivered my package and my neighbor told the driver that they were at the wrong house and the driver took the package back, and didn't deliver it. I have emailed support repeatedly just to be thrown in the same loop of please send this info- that I have already given.. They They say they have 99 percent positive reviews on here, and it seems they have none. Deceptive marketing. no response, out over a 100$ and no refund. DO NOT BUY
