Fast shipping
Fast shipping, great packaging (low plastic), cute sticker and reliable online shopping experience. I haven't used the teapot spout hole internal smoothing tool yet, and was surprised to see it has an abrasive surface on both ends, but will try it out very soon. I haven't been able to find this tool for sale anywhere else, and too lazy to make one myself.
