The lack of accountability from the company is extremely disappointing.
Very disappointed with Meest service. I sent a parcel by air on April 22nd and was told delivery would take 10 business days. I paid significantly more for air shipping specifically because it was supposed to be faster than sea cargo.
Tracking information showed the parcel arrived in Ukraine on April 30th, yet it still has not been delivered. There have been no proper updates or resolution.
Charging premium prices for air delivery and then failing to meet the promised timeframe is unacceptable and feels like a breach of the agreement with customers. If the service cannot be delivered as advertised, customers should be reimbursed, however it's not a case. I had a a very frustrating experience and extremely disappointing customer service experience where I was promised to be contacted by representative and it never happened. They dismiss you right on spot. The company shows no accountability for its failure to deliver the service promised.
