Very disappointing service
Very disappointing service. I waited the full window of the promised delivery time, and have written Medzino to get an update on my order, only to be told that they will have the pharmacy ship it on the same day. 4 days later stilo disnt receuve a tracking number or anything stating that it is on its way. I can even verify they ship to APO as they claim since i couldnt get ANYTHING to verify the address was entered correctly. It's hard to get birth control on deployment and I thought I found a great company l only to be disappointed 😞.
UPDATE 1JUL2023
I received an email this morning that the order has been dispatched. Went to check the tracking information, using the tracking number provided, it stated that the label was created and THEN CANCELED. So nothing was being shipped to me.

I am sorry to hear you did not have a pleasant experience with us. I can confirm the pharmacy was emailed and notified to ship your package on the day you requested. Unfortunately, due to an outage the pharmacy previously experienced, there was a backlog of orders pending shipment, which caused a delay in shipping out your package.
I can confirm your order was not canceled and the package was shipped out. You can expect your package shortly and please let us know if you need any further assistance.

They only provide script renewals
They do not diagnose or provide new prescriptions like they claim. They apparently only provide renewals on recent prescriptions. $80 for a renewal?! They also claimed that it would only take a day but it took 3 days (not including the weekend) of unnecessarily dragged out messages (one short, robotic message a day then wait 24 hours for a reply). I wasn't even sure I was talking to a human let alone a doctor. I was only sent the doctor's last name via a text message alert and could find no other information or credentials for whom I was speaking with. Also, their website is absolutely terrible, it barely works. I give them one star for providing a timely refund.*
*I do not accept Medzino's reply. "2-minute consultation when purchasing the medication." What are you even talking about? Nonsense.

We try to be as transparent as possible on our website and what medications we sell. Unfortunately due to federal regulations, certain medications require a previous prescription in order for the doctor to prescribe the medication via telemedicine. In these situations, we specify this during the 2-minute consultation that is completed when purchasing the medication.

Very disappointing service
Very disappointing service. Have waited the full window of the promised delivery time, and have written and called Medzino TWICE now to get an update on my order, only to be given an excuse that they had a systems outage and are still working on the problem. So I still don’t have a timeline or a teacking number. Shoddy company!

Don't try and get a refund with these…
Don't try and get a refund with these creeps. I ordered some blood pressue meds and decuded to see my Dr. instead. Tried to get them to cancel the irder which cost me $90. They refused to refund me. O top of that, I got 90 pills which look nothing like the meds I have. Will toss them in the toilet and vontact the FDA.
There response was the same tired crap the keep regurgitating after every complaint. You were warned!

I sincerely apologize you feel this way. Unfortunately, we can't accept returned medication. Once a pharmacist processes a prescription, it is intended for a particular person to treat a specific issue and can't just be given to anyone. Once it has left the pharmacy, the pharmacist cannot ensure that the product is still safe. Therefore, in public safety, state law or pharmacy policy prohibits the pharmacist from accepting the return of a prescription drug, in whole or in part, and reusing the medicine to fill another prescription.

A LIFE SAVER
The ease of use and the fast delivery exceeded every expectation I had.
I am always trepidatious when it comes to seeking consultations and care and am often met with headache after headache BUT Medzino saved me from all that.
Streamline, efficient, fast delivery and amazing customer service from beginning to end.
I filled out a quick and easy form and after a warm and friendly consultation they made fast work of approving me for my medication. They shipped my medication and I received it faster than I would have ever expected.
I am still in shock from how easy the whole process was and wish that I had discovered Medzino years ago. I feel that the ease of use and the kind customer service was a type of medicine in itself. One my heart and mind had been needing for a long time.
