Not a good company
Not a good company.
Everything is good till you go there and give the money. After that nobody care. You are just the next costumer not human. The transfer late one hour and when I said I’m going to miss my flight, just say don’t worry. No one checking how is going after that, when I called because was still swollen and asked why nobody call me to check they said usually someone calls in 14 and 30 days . Nobody call me just the consultant message two times.definitely not gonna back there.

Regarding the transfer, Istanbul is a very large and busy city, and delays can unfortunately occur due to traffic conditions. For this reason, we plan all return transfers well in advance (approximately 5 hours before the flight) to minimize any risk. Despite the delay, your transfer was completed and you were able to catch your flight.

Totalmente recomendable
Viajé a Estambul para realizarme una cirugía de manga gástrica y, aprovechando la estancia, también inicié tratamientos dentales en BHT, por Medproper. Mi experiencia ha sido excelente en todos los niveles.
La cirugía bariátrica fue realizada por el Dr. Umut Fırat Turan. Desde el primer momento todo el proceso fue muy profesional, organizado y seguro.La atención en clínica fue impecable: seguimiento constante, personal atento y humano, y una coordinación muy eficiente. No tuve dolor ni complicaciones, y la recuperación está siendo muy positiva.
Quiero destacar especialmente el sistema de acompañamiento: no estás sola en ningún momento. Siempre hay personal pendiente de ti, tanto sanitario como asistentes y traductores que facilitan todo el proceso, incluso si no hablas el idioma.
En el área dental, fui atendida por el Dr. Mehmet Emin Karataş. Inicialmente pedí presupuesto para carillas, pero antes de avanzar me hicieron una revisión completa muy honesta. Me indicaron que primero debían tratar la caries, realizar una endodoncia y mejorar la higiene dental, algo que agradecí mucho porque no intentaron vender tratamientos innecesarios.
Decidí realizar una endodoncia y varias caries, y la experiencia fue excelente: tecnología avanzada, explicaciones claras durante el procedimiento (incluso con imágenes en pantalla) y un resultado muy cuidado. Además, realizaron pequeños ajustes estéticos, lo que marcó una gran diferencia en el resultado final.
El equipo humano fue clave en toda la experiencia:
– Traductora: Olga
– Coordinación y asistencia: Atabay
Ambos estuvieron presentes en todo momento, facilitando la comunicación, resolviendo dudas y asegurando que todo funcionará perfectamente.
En resumen: profesionalidad, honestidad médica, tecnología avanzada y un trato humano excepcional. Sin duda, volvería para futuros tratamientos y lo recomiendo con total confianza.

Excelente servicio y cirugía
Excelente servicio de gestión Medproper, han gestionado mis traslados, hotel, clinica, traducción, es genial. La clínica me encantó, moderna y excelente trato. El cirujano Ibrahim Yagci es un excelente medico, respetuoso, humano y profesional. Luego de la cirugía ha estado pendiente de mi evolución. Lo recomiendo 100%

I Truely recommend this clinic for anyone struggling with loosing weight and want to change their lives with a bariatric operation. The nurses are caring and doctor Umut Firat Turan really knows what he is doing and is very kind and caring for his patients.
