The Medivia hospital it’s the best choice

Went to get an upper and lower eye lift in April and I am absolutely devastated with not only the service but the overall results. I was I touch with the coordinator Amal before I went and taught she was lovely, I asked her on many occasions could I pay by Revoult and every time she would reassure me that I could then when I was there and went to pay she told me it had to be cash because of the extra fee that I would have to pay so I ended up paying in half cash half through Revolt both adding extra onto the overall price by a good few hundred then moving onto the hospital which was clean and the staff although couldn’t speak English were friendly and helpful enough. After surgery when we moved to our hotel it was a 20 minute walk to shops etc which I couldn’t make due to major surgery so we had to ask the lovely receptionist every night to order us food online which she did. When I asked about the final result I was told 4 to 6 weeks, I am now six weeks and am absolutely devastated with the results😡😡😡 the bags under my eyes are worse then before surgery and when I whatsapp Amal nearly ever other day her response is always the same that she will ask the doctor and get back to me then when she finally gets back to me the response again always the same that everyone heals differently and that it takes time even up to 3 to 6 months when in the beginning it was told to me 6 weeks. Now the last to times I texted to give an update or inform them about how unhappy I still am the response is slower to come back to me and I suspect that they will stop replying at all soon.. I would like a refund if I could get it but I know that won’t happen
My advice to anyone thinking of using this company DONT DO IT
Go to Izmar instead I have heard better about that part of Turkey

Moje iskustvo sa klinikom je zaista izuzetno pozitivno. Došla sam preko preporuke i sada mogu reći da bih i sama svima od srca preporučila ovo mjesto.
Posebno želim istaknuti doktora Mehmet Altan Kaya koji je bio profesionalan, smiren i ulio mi je veliko povjerenje od samog početka. Cijeli proces operacije prošao je uredno i osjećam se jako zadovoljno.
Veliko hvala i Adisi koja je sve organizovala i povezala – od prvog kontakta pa do dolaska, sve je bilo jasno, brzo i bez stresa zahvaljujući njoj, bila je izuzetno ljubazna, srdačna i uvijek dostupna.
iskrenu zahvalnost želim uputiti Amal, koja je bila uz mene tokom cijelog boravka kao prevodilac. Amal je bila nevjerovatno ljubazna, topla i pažljiva – uvijek nasmijana, strpljiva i spremna da pomogne u svakom trenutku. Njena podrška mi je zaista mnogo značila i učinila da se osjećam sigurno.
Također, želim pohvaliti i kompletno osoblje klinike koje je bilo izuzetno ljubazno, brižno i profesionalno. U svakom trenutku su pokazivali pažnju i razumijevanje, što je dodatno doprinijelo mom pozitivnom iskustvu.

Vom ersten Beratungsgespräch bis zur Nachsorge fühlte ich mich durchweg professionell betreut eine besonderes Danke schön geht an die Frau Amal die sich von Anfang bis zum Ende um alles gekümmert hat und immer für mich da war 😊 Das Team war unglaublich freundlich, kompetent und jederzeit erreichbar, wenn ich Fragen hatte. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die moderne Ausstattung der Klinik sowie die transparente und verständliche Erklärung jedes einzelnen Schrittes.

Das Ergebnis der Behandlung hat meine Erwartungen sogar übertroffen – mein Haar sieht wieder dicht, natürlich und voll aus. Ich fühle mich selbstbewusster als je zuvor. Ich kann medivia international voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen und bin dankbar für die hervorragende Betreuung und das großartige Ergebnis!

I’m totally disappointed in the doctor witch alone decided what size I need without asking me and he put the size what he wants then now after 6 month my breast is down and they cause me that is my fault because I put big size it was my decision lol and by the way after surgery I had big problems with the job he did I was with a lot of problems here in my country paying another doctor to fix his shit !!!

I am very satisfied with hair transplatation. Hospital is very modern, medical staf is fully expirianced and professional. Also general hospitality provide by Amal was great. I honestly recomend this surgery to everyone

Saí de Portugal e quando cheguei em Istambul fui bem recebido pela Amal onde me mostrou todo o cronograma de como ocorreria todo o procedimento cirúrgico demostrando bastante atenção e simpatia com todas as informações possíveis. I came from Romania for a hair transplant on a friend’s recommendation, and I would like to kindly thank the entire Medivia team in Istanbul, especially Amal Sefi. Želim izraziti svoje najveće zadovoljstvo cjelokupnim tretmanom koji sam imala. Od samog početka pa do kraja osjećala sam se potpuno zbrinuto i sigurno u bolnici.
Posebnu zahvalnost upućujem Adisi,,njenom ljubaznošću, pažnjom i profesionalnošću ulijevala mi je mir i povjerenje u svakom trenutku. Bila je uvijek tu za mene, sve je strpljivo objašnjavala, i svojom toplinom učinila da se osjećam što ugodnije.
