This is really helping me with stress and anxiety after what has been a tremendously difficult 4 years and I’m increasingly realising a tremendously difficult 4 decades. To increasingly be able to pick and choose the meditation I feel I need at any given moment gives me the freedom to cope with any unpleasantness that occurs within me or outside of me and, along with other things, I can feel my internal armour rebuilding. I do feel that one or two meditations need tweaking to be more inclusive and take in to account those people who are dealing with physical issues, too, but to knock a star off for that would be mean spirited given how much help I’ve received, and continue to receive from it.

I love the variety of guided meditations available on this app. The voice actor's tone is very relaxing.

I like that I can choose to pick a different meditation for every day

Being able to slow down and pay attention to what's going on around me focusing on myself and focusing on the situation. It has helped a great deal with my anxiety.

its amazing how treating the whole person is far more beneficial than trying to help with just using or stopping use. these other areas allow the brain and person to take a look at areas using ight have effected, and how to totally recover

Absolutely exceptional. For me, I find guided meditation is the only way to go. I find the variety and pace very relaxing and have made good use of the sleep programmes too. I look forward to continuing my journey with Meditainment.

I love your meditations but they are opened too slowly. I'm not new to meditation and I like to do new stuff.

I feel that without Crossroads for woman having Meditainment as part of our groups foundation I would never have looked it up and experienced the peace and the motivation through Meditatement. I really have enjoyed checking in every single day and will continue to do so throughout my sobriety which is a lifelong process?

It's a great resource to escape from the frustrations of lifes troubles and a way to experience the mind and inner most beauty of ones self. A great coping and life skill for the mind and body.

I have used this since 2018 after searching and listening to meditations on YouTube. I absolutely love listening to the meditations and feel myself drift off and come back from the journeys refreshed and at peace. Thankyou so much
