Total scam, placed order 12/25/25 no order confirmation, no tracking no repsonse to email. NO PRODUCT RECEIVED. AVOID.

Unit worked for 2 charges and then quit charging. Impossible to contact company. They don't list a phone number and their email isn't working. Poor excuse for a company.

Two charges for £90.08....on PayPal, not paced any order...what the ++++

This company uses before & afters that they've stolen from other websites.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY . What a waste of money , the item I bought came with a US plug ,I live in the UK ? So I bought a adaptor. The item is very poor and not fit for purpose. I have tried to contact mediglow many times but they never answer . Just don't even think of buying definitely not worth it !!!!

Don't buy the Mediglow Cavitation Body Sculptor all it does is giving out heat. Making you believe that it works to sculpt your body. I had ordered this device a couple of months ago. Tried it and had just received a warm deep massage used with ordinary lubricating gel. Mind you not for children though.
The photos of the desired results that you see on Mediglow. CO website are from the professional
salons.
The pads that go with the device were not included/ missing from the box with the Cavitation device.
I had ordered the proper gel to use for the device but they sended an alternative gel instead. Had to contact my bank to claim it a scam fortunately had my money back for the alternative gel.
Also, complained to mediglow parts of the order was missing and asked for a copy of the sales receipt but haven't heard from them backed to the beginning.
Don't order from this company because you will not hear from them if problems occurred with anything to do with your purchase.
In the end I had to give up because I had lost my sales receipt, couldn't claim a scam to my bank because of losing the sales receipt. That's your evidence. Please take a screen photo shot of your sales receipt if you are condserding ordering from this company. If not then you will be sorry that you didn't.
If you are all struggling to get refunds why not contact your banks to put in a claim for being scammed. As my review stated I had done that with the wrong order being sent to me, claimed it to my bank and won a refund back.
End. It got discarded.

Do not purchase this product. The one I received did absolutely nothing but light up. Did not match any of the pictures online. When I tried to return it I sent video of it and requested a new one or a refund. Communicated back and forth then they just stopped talking to me when they asked me if it heated up. I told them no. Just another stupid scam. I read their reviews and all seemed true. Very disappointed

Absolutely appalling!!! An item arrived that didn’t work. They were happy to help to begin with but when I asked for a refund I stopped getting replies. Awful products, even worse customer service!!!

Scam - Bought the glasses - one side was so uncomfortable felt like an electric shock, the other felt nothing. I emailed multiple times and they replied quickly giving advice. None of it worked so I asked for a refund twice and they have ignored my emails now.

I would give negative stars if I could this company is a SCAM! Sent me broken glasses claimed they sent me a replacement and I never received and now they will not answer my messages!

Scam. website is 7 months old and they send you temu product that costs them $15 for $79 and never respond to you when you try to return.

I bought their glasses and they arrived brocken so that the microcurrent feature did not work. I asked for a refund and sent them a video to show that the microcurrent button did not work. They stopped responding to my emails. Seems to me they are just hoping this will go away. Terrible experience.
