Having big problems
Having big problems. Operas won’t play (error messages) or when they do, impossible to get subtitles. I have contacted your Help desk, they asked for lots of tech info which I gave, since then nothing. Really upset.

Great selection but still not gapless
Great selection but still not gapless, which, being a lover of opera (especially Wagner) is an annoyance. that is why I let my subscription lapse for many months. Things seem to have improved but there is still a way to go.
