Sunt foarte mulțumită de experiența pe care am avut-o la spitalul Medicana. Și foarte mulțumită de medicii care s-au ocupat de cumnata mea doctor neurolog YILDIZ DEGIRMENCI precum și Dna Claudia CORDOS traducătoarea

Am fost foarte mulțumit de personalul spitalului inclusiv de DNA Claudia traducătoarea care sa ocupat cu multă grijă să pot înțelege tot ce îmi explică medicul.Serviciile au fost impecabile .Recomand spitalul Medicana

Sunt foarte multumita de servicile spitalui Medicana . De asemenea vrem sa multumim traducatoarei dna Claudia care s-a implicat sufleteste cu dedicatie si mult profesionalism pentru noi.

Accueil très chaleureux, personnel accueillant et dévoué . Personnel qualifié, attentif et sympa. Locaux hyper propres avec une signalétique parfaite.
Il faut améliorer tout de même les prix( coûts très élevés, pourtant avec des remises disponibles. La santé ne doit pas faire l’objet de marchandage, par conséquent les prix communiqués doivent être les plus bas possible et ne point pouvoir faire l’objet des remises). Revoir à la hausse le nombre de médecins de certaines spécialités, notamment l’urologie.

I had a very positive experience at Medicana Ataköy Hospital in Istanbul, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Ali Kaan Memiş and the entire team.
From the very beginning, I felt that I was in safe and professional hands. Dr. Memiş is an outstanding doctor—highly skilled, attentive, and compassionate. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my treatment.
I would also like to give special thanks to the wonderful nurses: Aigul Omizakova Artes, Fehime Bozkurt, Xaren Ding, and Gülnur Akmetoğlu. Their care, kindness, and professionalism made me feel truly supported every day.
My sincere appreciation also goes to the translation team: Erkin Suljević, Abduselam Mujezinović, and Azra Kačut. They were extremely helpful, patient, and ensured clear communication at all times.
I would also like to thank all caregivers, cleaning staff, and everyone working behind the scenes. Every single person was respectful, friendly, and dedicated. They took excellent care of me at all times, always with a smile and a warm attitude. Their teamwork and compassion truly made a difference in my recovery.
I am deeply grateful for the care I received and can highly recommend this hospital and its amazing staff to anyone seeking professional and compassionate medical treatment.

Size en içten ve derin teşekkürlerimi sunmak isterim. Derin Beyin Stimülasyonu (DBS) ameliyatı geçirdim ve uzun tedavi süreci boyunca göstermiş olduğunuz yüksek profesyonellik, sabır ve şefkatli yaklaşımı yakından hissettim.

Ameliyatımı başarıyla gerçekleştiren Dr. Atilla’ya ve sonrasında ayarlama (programlama) ve takip sürecini titizlikle yürüten Dr. Uygar’a özellikle teşekkür etmek isterim. My time at Medicana Hospital was limited but I had the most efficient and kind service by the doctors and the girl called Edona ( She was very kind and helpful) I am very grateful to the doctors and nurses.

Ja se zovem ilham lulic ,imam sina 7 godina ima autizam ,odlucio sam se da odem u tursku na ugradnju maticni celija u bolnici Medicana ,kada smo sletili i dosli na prvi pregled upoznao sam 2 prevodioca , Abduselam Mujezinovic i Erkin Suljevic - bili su uz mene sve vrijeme dok sam bio tu i sta god da mi je trebalo , osoblje medicinsko je jako dobro bilo od sestre do medicinskih tehnocara, doktori su ljubazni i nakloni djetetu bili , svi zajedno ucinili su da se osjecam sigurno i opusteno . Sve je u super proslo . Hvala Medicana teem.

Želim iskreno pohvaliti Medicana bolnicu – sve je na izuzetno visokom nivou. Bolnica je moderna, čista i organizovana, a osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno, pažljivo i profesionalno. Od trenutka dolaska osjećala sam se sigurno i zbrinuto.

Posebno želim da pohvalim koordinatore Abduselama i Erkina – obojica su divni ljudi, izuzetno ljubazni, topli i uvijek spremni pomoći. Njihova pažnja, razumijevanje i osmijeh mnogo znače pacijentima koji dolaze iz drugih zemalja.

Također, doktori i medicinsko osoblje su vrlo stručni i posvećeni. Sve objašnjavaju detaljno, imaju strpljenja i brinu se da pacijent bude što mirniji i sigurniji.

I recently stayed at this hospital for my rhinoplasty. It was very nice and clean. The nurses were nice. The night before my procedure I had to get some tests done and I was able to get a translator named Hisham to help me navigate through the hospital. He did an amazing job at communicating with me and helping me before getting my procedure. He is extremely nice and professional. I would recommend any person from out the country to ask for him as a translator!

Satisfied with the entire stay. A professional team that works professionally and dedicated to every patient. Top service from translators, hygienists, nurses and doctors. Great kindness to doctor Erdinc Ozek. A person with experience, knowledge, empathy and understanding. Thanks to the medical staff, especially Fehime Bazturk, Buse Uzun and Sila Gezer. To Irem Ugit, which every year and every time invests in the comfort of our stay. Also praises for Songul Bildik, which flawlessly cleans the room. And this would not be complete if we did not have the best translator, Abduselam Mujezinovic, who was at our disposal every day and all the good and bad moments that the treatment brought to us.

Zadovoljni smo celokupnim tretmanom,posebno bi istakli stručnost od strane doktora onkologa i fizijatra.Takodje moramo posebno pohvaliti rad fizikalnih terapeuta Mert i Selin.Sto se tiče higijene moramo izdvojiti divnu gospodju Songul FSS.Svi medicinski radnici su izuzetni,najviše nas je oduševila uvek nasmejana Sila Gezer.Iako ih zadnje spominjemo nama od najveće pomoći u svako doba dana i noći,uvek spremni da pomognu i veliko im hvala,Abduselam Mujezinovic / Erkin Suljevic

We went to Bursa Medicana hospital and we were very pleased with the kindness and service they provided to us. Special thanks for the office of international patients, we don’t found any difficulty with the language, the translators were available, everything passed so good and we were very satisfied.

Sowohl die Sauberkeit des Krankenhauses als auch die freundliche und sorgfältige Betreuung des Personals haben mich sehr beeindruckt. Besonders möchte ich Frau Hatice Tok von der UHM für ihre professionelle und herzliche Unterstützung danken. Während des gesamten Prozesses habe ich mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und bin mit den angebotenen Dienstleistungen hier äußerst zufrieden. Ich plane, nächstes Jahr wiederzukommen. On 12/14/24, I purchased a box of 100 easy touch 27g syringes. I was willing to give Medicana a chance as my new supplier. I paid for 4 day shipping.

As of today, 12/18/24, the purchased item isn't even ready to ship to me.

Not only did you not ship according to my shipping payment choice at this point it looks like it will be at least 7 days, maybe more from purchase date to delivery.

This is unacceptable and I am debating whether to return my order. You certainly haven't won me over as a new customer.

I'll continue to use Amazon for the great shipping.

Ich bin extra aus Deutschland nach Konya ins Medicana Krankenhaus gereist und war mit meinem Aufenthalt dort äußerst zufrieden. Sowohl die Sauberkeit des Krankenhauses als auch die freundliche und aufmerksame Betreuung des Personals haben mich sehr beeindruckt. Besonders möchte ich mich bei Frau Hatice Özcan Tok von der UHM für ihre professionelle und herzliche Unterstützung bedanken. Während des gesamten Prozesses habe ich mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und bin mit den Leistungen hier sehr zufrieden. Ich plane bereits, nächstes Jahr wiederzukommen.
