We have worked in partnership with Mediaworks for a number of years on digital marketing strategy, conversion rate optimisation, a new website and app as well as other projects. Mediaworks know our businesses goals and our products as well as acting as an extension of our digital marketing team with their 'as a service' offerings. We have undertaken complex IT Development builds with them and their team have integrated really well with ours. Accessible Senior staff and very capable technical and innovative people within the business.

Avoid.
This company tied me into a contract under the false premise that I needed their enhanced services, which I later found were unnecessary. This continued for years, costing me thousands of pounds. In my experience, their practices were extremely unethical—completely overshadowing any benefit I may have received from their assistance with website development.

Shocked with the tone and aggressive approach by the team here who sent a series of emails looking to get business by essentially mocking some of the negative reviews my business. It’s been difficult during the pandemic and having to close our doors and furlough staff has been hard. We’re not perfect but someone trying to bully people into action and sales is horrible.
