Had a great experience at the Medart clinic. Everything was well prepared and great communication from the whole team. All travel and accommodation was organised (hotel was really nice). Dr Sumer was very kind and part of the procedure every step of the way. Procedure was surprisingly not painful (after the anesthetic ).

Rose and Sara were very professional and really looked after me very well.

Would recommend to friends and family.

I had an excellent experience with this clinic. After weeks of careful research, looking up reviews on reddit, etc., I discovered this clinic on Instagram.

I spoke with the point of contact person, Bilal through WhatsApp by phone for a while before deciding to go through with the procedure. After sending him the requested photos of my head, he walked me through a list of recommended services. He was informative and was not pushy, which made me more comfortable with the choice of clinic.

A few weeks later, I decided to make the trip solo from the US (Seattle). Overall, I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. Everything was taken care of from the moment I was picked up from their airport shuttle, to being dropped back off at the airport to return home. This included the clinic shuttles to and from the hotel, the procedure, the follow-up washes, etc. The hotel I stayed in was also very nice and had free breakfast every morning.

The staff was friendly, professional and accommodating throughout the entire process. They were also quick to answer any questions/inquiries I had throughout my time there. Dr. Sumer was very detail oriented, and I can tell he cares about his patient's results.

It has now been just over two weeks since the procedure. The clinic has continued to follow up and provide additional instructions on my recovery regularly via WhatsApp. I highly recommend this clinic.

* All the description included in the package was exactly followed (VIP pick up from the airport, 4-Star hotel stay, pick and drop back and forth from clinic every day, etc). They even provided an extra complimentary night based on our flight itinerary.
* No hidden charges. The charge nothing more than the inital amount that they quote.
* My surgery lasted for around 11 hours with 4800 grafts. But no time was wasted by the nurses. The surgery was carried out continuously by various nurses. At the same time, my comfort was checked, and they ensured that it all went flawlessly.
* Special thanks to Mr.Adem and Ms.Sarah with whom I mostly communicated. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, informed and supported throughout the entire process. They made this "Once in a life time" experience so enjoyable and a great pillar of strength to the patient.

Innanzitutto, un grazie sincero ad Ettore Casolin, influencer e youtuber impegnato nella divulgazione di informazioni sulla tricologia di alto valore, che stimo tanto e che, con la sua iniziativa, ha reso possibile un’esperienza unica: un trapianto di gruppo, un modo intelligente e umano per affrontare un passo importante, insieme.

La scelta è stata 'MedArt Hair Clinic' a Istanbul, e fin da subito ho capito di essere nel posto giusto: struttura pulita e moderna, staff gentile e super organizzati, dall’aeroporto fino al mio rientro. Ma soprattutto, non è la classica clinica low-cost che lavora "in massa": qui ci sono solo 4 equipe specializzate (da anni le stesse persone) e un solo chirurgo che si occupa personalmente delle fasi più delicate. Un approccio che fa davvero la differenza.

L’intervento è intenso, certo, ma affrontabile (l'anestesia è il momento difficile, ma superata questa è stato tutto in discesa). Ho avuto qualche piccolo imprevisto nel post-operatorio, ma anche da remoto sono sempre stati presenti ed esaustivi, con un grazie speciale a Rose, gentilissima e super disponibile.

Oggi, a sei mesi dall’intervento, i risultati sono più che visibili, e si sentono: capelli sì, ma soprattutto autostima e leggerezza ritrovate!

Che dire? Un lavoro con i fiocchi, naturalezza e densità sono i loro punti forti: le persone che mi incontrano rimangono a bocca aperta!

I recently had a hair transplant at Medart Hair in Istanbul (2 days ago), and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I made my booking right through to the procedure itself, everything was handled with professionalism and care.

All I had to do was book my flights—everything else was arranged for me, which made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. From airport pickup to accommodation and transfers, everything ran smoothly. The team made sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way.

Everyone at the clinic was kind, gentle, and genuinely caring, which made a huge difference. They made me feel completely at ease and answered all of my questions confidently, no matter the time of day.

I came to Medart Hair Istanbul because my neighbor had this surgery, and he looks great. I got in contact with Rose who was very helpful!. We talked about my options and about the process. I finally decided to go.
I got into the airport and they took me to a very beautiful hotel named Fairmont. The surgery took place the very next day. They were very professional, very knowledgeable. I am so happy for being able to take this journey. I thank all of the doctors from Medart Hair, and also Rose for helping me so much!

Had my surgery 6 months ago, results are already better than expected had multiple compliments about the speed of growth, the after care package that comes with the premium package has had everything needed for the past 6 months & I still have products left. The clinic was super clean a 1 minute walk away from the hotel which makes the process easy. I was helped through my journey by a lovely lady called rose, she was amazing super attentive, caring, passionate, hard working, loves the company & and helps any patience prior, during & post opp I have been in contact with many questions over the past 6 months which she is always quick to respond too and always knows the answer to any issue. Apart from the results, she was the highlight of the process made it a lot easier to enjoy the surgery if that’s even possible. Now I am feeling more confident by the day as I wait another 3wks for my first hair cut since the opp, my barber is excited to actually have a hair line to shape this time.

Staff was great, they answered all of my questions to really put my worries/nervousness at ease. Overall, wonderful experience and they made it all so easy with picking you up, booking the accommodations, taking you back to the airport and checking in with you in the months to follow.
I really encourage anyone who isn’t sure to just do it already! I wish I hadn’t waited as long as I did. It’s nice to not and have to be self conscious about my hair anymore.

I recently had a hair transplant at Medart Hair, and the experience was excellent. The consultation was smooth, and the doctor set clear expectations. The procedure was very comfortable and caring, with minimal pain thanks to local anesthesia. I visited Medart for a hair transplant on 12th Feb and I’m very happy with the service provided throughout my stay and the procedure carried out. After doing my research I identified the top 3 rated clinics in Turkey and having explored each, Medart impressed the most with a very responsive contact appointed to me answering any questions I had and provided confidence in the experience and ability of the surgeon and surgical team.

The package they offered included hotel stay, transport to and from both airport and clinic visits making my stay straight forward. Upon arrival at the Clinic I was impressed by the modern infrastructure and professional service on offer. I was taken care of by dedicated staff and had a robust consultation with the surgeon ahead of the procedure. Barring the admission of anesthetic (which took just 5-10 mins) I felt no pain during the procedure.

I had 3500 grafts implanted into the front of my scalp and 2 weeks post procedure at the time of writing I’m happy with the results thus far. Large numbers of grafts implanted in this area gives me comfort that in time I will have improved density across my hairline.

Whilst I can only truly judge the result over the next 6-12 months I have every confidence given the service, procedure and post op care I’ve received to date that it will work out.
