Hi Taiyz. I am sorry that you have had such a frustrating experience with Medal, especially if clips are not recording reliably. Capturing gameplay is the entire purpose of the app, so when that fails, it understandably feels like a waste of time.
We want to help you get this working the way it should. If you are willing, please reach out to us at support@medal.tv or open a ticket on our support site: https://medaltv.freshdesk.com/support/home. Including your logs and a quick note about which games fail to record will help us a lot!
1 star and only because i cant put 0
1 star and only because i cant put 0. Terrible support and all good clips glitch and cant be uploaded. When i reach out for support i get an ai bot that sends me a link to a download page. When i click the link medal is removed from my computer and a new medal launcher is installed. I cant even open the medal launcher and now all my medal clips are lost.
I type for help in the medal discord once again and only AI bot write back. I ask for a real person and they close the ticket and i get kicked from the discord.
At this point i think it is even easier to record my gameplay with my mobile phone and upload to youtube shorts.
It is only during this last year that the trouble has started but im fed up, enough is enough

Hi there. I am sorry for the experience you have had recently. Losing clips and feeling like support is not there for you is incredibly disappointing. The situation you described with uploads glitching and the launcher reinstalling itself should not happen, and you should never feel like you are left without help.

A very good application for clipping.
A very good application for clipping games. You can screenshot with F7 as well. I genuinely recommend this app if you are a gamer.

worked great! at first..... i have been having problems after the second time i started this nighmare app. it brickrd a laptop by sending notifications multiple times a second and i couldnt start the app antmore. or any app..... thanks medal

We understand you're still waiting on your Robux reward. Just to clarify, Robux can only be distributed once you've been in the Medal TV Roblox group for at least 21 days — that's a Roblox rule, not ours!
It is also important to know that, even if it is more than 21 days, it can take some extra time due to Roblox's API limiting how many rewards go out every day. This is not a limit that Medal can overcome.
We should have a quest history coming out soon, so you can also see if it has been 21 days since the quest has been completed! - Amanda

worst clipping app in the world. the application always glitches, you need to buy stuff to actually upload them, and its overall just complicated. additionally, it takes forever to just clip stuff

Great app
Great app, captured lots of moments with it. It does require lots of updates though, which can be annoying sometimes, but overall it's great.

Clipping Issue
Had some issues with my medal not clipping randomly one day (unsure to why this occurred) but I reached out to medal on discord and created a ticket, a couple hours later Tim (who had helped me before with some issues) emailed me back and sent me some steps to walk me through the process. It took a minute to figure out since I’m not computer savvy but ultimately purging medal and reinstalling helped with my clipping. Out of everyone that tried to help Tim did the most my far and is the only one that responded back, so I am very grateful for his help! Thank you again!
