Its and easy setup and i would recommend it since its really easy to use and only requires the click of a button and the support is nearly instant giving you a response within minutes.

I had an issue redeeming a gift after doing a quest and created a support ticket. Washington solved it within the hour. The response time was brilliant and they were super helpful. Great customer service.

i cant connect my roblox account it says i can try with another one, why the hell would i want to try another account if i want to see the clips from my own main account and it dousent let me reset it

The application in general is very well made, along with its many resources, support, along with others. I use it almost every day, in gaming / with friends. Its a good solution for clipping games.

It's a rip off and a virus I ran a virus scanner because something was disabling my Wifi turns out it's this load of garbage do not get if you want a virus

Being able to clip moments is the best feature ever!
They were even really nice whenever they responded to my ticket!
There are a lot of reasons to use Medal!
I recommend Medal if you ever want to clip moments that you find funny!

Idk why everyone is so annoyed with the app. It does the job. I like that it opens automatically cuz i forget to open it and i dont get clips than. I only had 1 complain, that some clips were doubled, but I changed it in settings.

ive always liked medal just a good clipper the premium subscription is pretty cool if you are a content creator but they dont lock alot of stuff behind paywalls for no reason which i appreaciate all around solid stuff medal keep it up

PC application frequently corrupts and requires a purging process that's lost me many of my videos. Very buggy. Incredibly frustrating to use at times but there seems to be no direct alternative.

Great tool for clipping, the support team is very helpful. The only issue I had with medal was one update that randomly caused massive frame drops in every game I play but its gone now

Even though I use Medal, being one of the best recording apps for games, I do love that they show us other people's videos and see how they experience their own things you know?
