I used the service several times with joy but one story stands out: I bought a licence key in 2022, which I didn’t need to use until 2026. While the key was not immediately useful, a short chat with the customer support team re activated the key and I gained access to the tests I need to prepare for my exam! That’s what I call integrity! Highly recommended company.

I used MeasureUp to prepare for the AZ‑900 exam and found that the content did not match the style or coverage of the actual test. Several important areas of the syllabus were either missing or not covered in enough depth, and the practice questions felt outdated compared to what I encountered at the testing center.
The platform is easy to use, but the material did not prepare me for the scenario‑based questions or the broader conceptual focus of the real exam. Learners looking for accurate and up‑to‑date preparation may find better value in official learning paths or other reputable training options.
Alternative provider used: I switched to official vendor documentation and structured instructor‑led training instead.
This review reflects my personal experience and is intended to help others choose the right study resources.
Note: i was also using their other materials like Compita A Cisco CCST PMP ITSQB but if AZ900 was not fit for use the others will not be.
Just a note MeasureUp respond and to clarify to them i used two providers to study for AZ900 and my comment applies to that provider as well as to MeasureUp both are not fit for purpose.

Our content is developed strictly around the official exam objectives, uses the same question types, and follows similar wording and scenario-based structures to those used in the certification test. Thousands of candidates successfully prepare with our material for that reason.
It’s also important to note that you have posted this exact same review for another unrelated provider (Whizlabs), even though both platforms follow different methodologies. This raises questions about whether the feedback is specifically related to our product.

The most recent update to this exam took place in December 2024, and the changes introduced were not significant (as documented in the official change log: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/resources/study-guides/pl-200#change-log).
We also noticed that you posted a similar review for Whizlabs at the same time. Although this is a different and competing provider, we are sorry to hear that neither of us was able to help you achieve your certification on this attempt.

Failed AZ-104- Feedback on Practice Test
I purchased Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) practice test after I failed the AZ-104 Exam on January 3, 2026. Although, I have practiced multiple times for almost 30 days and I passed the MeasureUp certifications several times, I failed on real exam on January 30, 2026. The MeasureUp practice test was similar with practice test I have got last year, I believe the practices test questions were not updated, but the exam questions were updates, that’s why I didn’t encounter to any similar questions in my second attempt.
I’d like to schedule the exam again with my own preparation and I would like to be refunded for my investment on this practice test which it did not help me to prepare myself for the exam.

Upon checking the exam details, we noticed that Microsoft updated this certification exam on January 14th (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/resources/study-guides/az-204). Although the changes introduced in the update do not appear to be extensive, they may still have contributed to the experience you described.
Our content team works continuously to keep all our practice tests aligned with the latest official updates. However, there can be a short delay between the moment an exam is updated and the moment we complete the corresponding updates in our practice test.

Not up to date with the latest AZ-801
I'm taking the AZ-801, which was updated in October of 2025 to be much more focused on Windows Server 2025. The MeasureUp practice exam and explanations have not been updated, and do not include this information. It is highly unlikely that you pass the AZ-801 exam if you only study from this practice exam.
I suggest holding off until the MeasureUp practice data is updated to be more current, it's simply outdated os it stands now, in January 2026.
