I was sent a mirror ( 2 months late in the first place after chasing and threatening them with going to the police) that was „grey“ rather than a normal mirror. I was told, having sent them lots of proof that it has a grey filter on it, that I would be sent a replacement which would be a real mirror finish.
They said „it‘s been sent“. Never received it.
They then offered me a refund and told me multiple times „it‘s been sent to you“. Which it hasn’t.

I just received my refund after stating that if I didnt I would go to the police.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY OF YOUR MONEY.

Unable to speak with customer service re delay in receiving product i require, and no response to online form (again time line exceeded) Further, recommended delivery date exceeded....

i placed an order on the 6th of January for a piece of reeded toughened glass. however after a few weeks i received a piece which was not the size i ordered and was not usable.

at this point i contacted them and they said they would send a replacement in the correct size. but after over a month i had not received this new piece, and because this was for a project with a time limitation it was too late.

after chasing them and waiting a long time for replies the new piece had still not arrived so they agreed to cancel my order and refund me. however this was on the 2nd of march and they have still not refunded me even after me chasing them over and over again.

At this point it seems they are just waiting and hoping i forget about it so they can keep my money. I am also reporting them to trading standards. and will keep following this up until i am refunded.

In short this has cost me £212.56 for a piece of glass i have not received.

i have the full email chain to back this all up.

After having made an order, I read through these recent negative reviews and so I was expecting a bad outcome. However I am pleased to say everything about my order was executed properly. Great communication on order status which is always appreciated.

Worst experience, such a time waster.. mislead us into selling a non-hardend glass into hardened.. glad we had double checked and clarified. Worst experience, never answer calls.. impossible to deal with. We had to pay twice to receive a sample glass and take no responsibility for postage. AVOID!

If your experience is money taken, no goods forthcoming, repeated broken promises of delivery and then refunds then please report this company to trading standards.

I have been waiting since November 2025 (more than three months) with the company knowing that I was waiting on Stove Glass for essential heat, over Christmas. I was told it would take a matter of days, via the website and via the telephone. The glass did not arrive. In January I was told I would be issued a refund and that has also not happened. Really disappointing (lack of) service. Now I have to follow a legal route to recover my money and the additional costs from waiting for the glass.

I should have been suspicious when they wanted a bank transfer for a custom order. Now I know why. Don't be fooled by the excellent response time before you hand over your money, that soon drops off. After the first reply to my innumerable emails, "Let me look into this.", I've been ignored. No glass, no refunds. Incredible a company can get away with this with so many reviews with the same story as me.

Ordered some samples that never arrived. In addition was told that postage and packaging would be free but was charged. After contacting them they said they'd refund within 2 days, but never came through.

Also communication is terrible, don't answer phone, no response to emails.

Paid for goods and never received them. Phone calls and emails never answered. Feels like I've been scammed as my email address has now been blocked. Taking money and sending nothing.

We ordered a shower screen with base and wall fixings more than 6 weeks ago. Part of the fixing was delivered quickly, followed by the glass a few weeks later, but the remaining fixing did not arrive. Communications with the company have been terrible - no responses to emails, eventually multiple people responding with questions unrelated to previous emails, phone lines never being answered. It seems like nobody dealing with their customer service bothers to read initial order information. It’s been a frustrating experience and unfortunately we still have no fixing and therefore cannot fit the shower glass.

I am sharing my recent experience with this company to assist other customers.

1. Shipping after confirmed cancellation: I requested to cancel my order in early November and received written confirmation from the sales team that the cancellation was "in process". Despite this written confirmation, the item was shipped to me a full month later in December.

2. Confusion regarding refund source: During the subsequent bank dispute, the merchant contacted me requesting that I close the dispute, stating that a refund had been made.

However, upon checking with my bank, I was informed that the funds appearing in my account were actually a "temporary credit" issued by the bank pending investigation, not a refund from the merchant. Had I closed the dispute as requested, I would have lost this protection.

I recommend other customers ensure they have received a genuine refund confirmation directly from their bank before agreeing to close any formal disputes.

Fantastic service. They didn’t have the product I was looking for when the samples arrive. But Jon asked what it was I wanted, I showed him a picture, and he delivered! And for a competitive price.

Wanted a piece of strong black glass to stand my pressure cooker on, under the extractor, couldn’t be more delighted. The company contacted me in advance, chatted through the options then designed and delivered a bespoke piece with the dimensions I needed.

Excellent experience using Me and My glass product was as described and of high quality good communication throughout process. The delivery times are long but these items are with the wait I ordered 2 custom glass radiator covers and they are wonderful

By far the worst service of my life.

Responses take over 1 week, if you're lucky to get a response. Repeated same questions that they keep asking for verification. My order was in August but nothing received by Christmas. My refund not processed.

Please use another company, it will save money, time and hassle.

Was looking for a Georgian wired effect piece of glass cut to size. It arrived exactly as i ordered and fit perfectly would recommend john and the team at me any my glass if you want it done right this is the place to go

The glass was easy to order and arrived quickly. I ordered reeded glass for my pantry doors and it looks great! I would definitely recommend.
