I am sad to join the chorus here of people who have been shut down without warning and points confiscated due to poor "quality standards".
I completely do not accept this - I am a member of several other panels who have no problems with me nor issues with paying out. Of course they refuse to give any specific reason or evidence.
I have been interested to see an apparent divergence between the "main" Lifepoints site reviews on Trustpilot (which is mixed but mostly positive) and a couple of smaller ones; notably the UK and Italy. The latter are overwhelmingly negative and reflect my own experience. Likewise in Australia (where I live), local review sites are equally damning.
Are international sites run differently? Who knows. But in the meantime, I adding my voice to any potential Aussie users of Lifepoints - stay away. Check out our home-grown review sites and listen to everyone's experiences there, and don't let them take your time and money.

Punkte können dann nicht mehr eingelöst werden. Reaktionen auf Bewertungen werden schnippisch und oberflächlich kommentiert. Das sagt schon ALLES

Mein Konto wurde ohne Vorwarnung, völlig unbegründet und ohne jegliche Erklärung gesperrt. Alle gesammelten Punkte sind ersatzlos verfallen. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir eine Begründung verweigert – ein inakzeptables Vorgehen.
Ich habe alle Umfragen stets ehrlich und gewissenhaft ausgefüllt und sehe keinerlei Anlass für diese Sperrung. Leider entsteht der Eindruck, dass dies ein System sein könnte, um Auszahlungen gezielt zu vermeiden – auch wenn von Liftpoints behauptet wird, dem sei nicht so.
Ein derart intransparenter und unfairer Umgang mit Nutzer:innen ist absolut enttäuschend
Wie hier in den restlichen Bewertungen lässt sich ein absolut berechnendes Vorgehen von Lifepoints feststellen unter dem Deckmantel der "Standarts" !!

They decided i could not be any more i feel it could be ageist thing but they said i answered questions wrong .
They gave no warning so i still had points i would not want anyone to amount points like i did then get blocked
Its very hard to be told you are dis honest at 71 i felt humiliated just a warning 6 months ago this happened

Die ersten paar Auszahlungen haben reibungslos geklappt, 15 Punkte vor der nächsten Auszahlung hatte ich plötzlich seit über 1 Woche keine neuen Umfragen mehr. Auf Nachfrage beim Support teilte man mir mit, dass mein Konto gesperrt wäre und den Grund könnte ich in den Geschäftsbedingungen nachlesen. Ich habe die Geschäftsbedingungen gelesen und gegen NICHTS verstoßen. Einfach nur dreist und frech🤬

I am disgusted with Life points. I have tried numerous times to redeem points which I have supplied my data and completed surveys which take time. I have tried numerous times and an error message flags up! I have sent countless messages for help along with screenshots but nothing from them. They then suspended my account and refuse to answer. I'm am absolutely raging and all I can say, don't use this company! Zero communication, take your data and information but refuse to reimburse or even solve the problem. I doubt even with this review they will do anything at all. Avoid at all costs! 😡

Stay well away from this bunch of thieving bastards. They steal all your personal information and completed surveys then don't pay you, hiding behind lame excuses about the standard of your responses and security reasons. They are scammers and I've reported them to the relevant agencies who assure me I'm far from the only one complaining about them while they look into their dodgy dealings. STAY AWAY, DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CUSTOM. Stick to reputable survey sites such as Hey Piggy and Ipsos I Say, they are genuine and pay out.

Its a scam you ask them you are out!!
They think they are gods and can do anything whatever want,They are quite shameless your account is banned we offer our clients very high standards bla bla ..They just kick you out and they pay for positive reviews just go to telegram and all sort of dark places look life points is seeling its cake over there. Why to use app when you directly get paid for reviewing them positively.May be they also provide a script as well.

Hice encuestas, a duras penas conseguí acumular puntos suficientes para recibir recompensas que por decisión mía fueron con PayPal 5€ por cada recompensa he llegado a cobrar dos, decidí acumular el doble de puntos para que fuese mayor la recompensa, alguna encuesta la terminas y no te puntúa, porque dicen que ha sido cerrada antes de tiempo, aunque ese tiempo sea la mayoría de veces muy superior al estimado antes de empezar la encuesta, cuando decido hacer efectivo el cobro de mi tercera recompensa, me acusan injustamente de fraude con mi cuenta de PayPal, la cual está al día y sin problema alguno. Cierran el vínculo con esa cuenta y no cobraré la recompensa acumulada. Este es el modus operandi de lifepoint, cobrar por realizar encuestas a las empresas y no pagar la opinión de quien las hace. Echen cuentas a 10€ o 5€ por persona evitan la reclamación judicial y aumenta aun más su riqueza. Tengo copia de todos los emails y captura de pantalla.

Está noche me tomo la libertad de aportar algunos puntos de vista sobre la app Life points , la verdad es que al principio estaba escéptico con respecto a la experiencia dentro de la plataforma al día de hoy me doy cuenta que sus servicios son algo gratificante, te ofrecen la oportunidad de ganar algunos beneficios cambio de unos minutos de tu tiempo, tienes la oportunidad de expandir el conocimiento que tienes hacia ti mismo en base de las encuestas, te permiten conocer nuevas personas y claro obtener algunos beneficios, sin duda no todo esto es gracias al gran equipo de colaboradores que existe detrás de la pantalla. LifePoints is an absolute worst survey platform at this point. For the past seven months, I have been tremendously harassed with closed surveys, technical glitches, and surveys completely irrelevant to my profile. Instead of resolving the issues, they keep sending the same nonsense response—that they are still “investigating” and asking me to “keep my patience.”
From the past month or more, the situation has worsened drastically. Their corrupt system doesn’t even recognize my city, my state, or my age, and I keep getting screened out for no valid reason. Since last Saturday, I have been screened out from 7-8 surveys for absolutely no reason! Their system is a complete failure.
Their member support team is mostly silent, and when they do reply after multiple follow-ups, their responses are casual, dismissive, and completely useless. Here’s a perfect example:
On Saturday, I was doing a 100 LP survey that was running smoothly, but due to their own technical glitch, the survey suddenly stopped and got closed.
Today at 7:40 PM IST, their so-called “support” team gave a laughable response—to “clear my browser cache and retry” a survey that is already closed and inaccessible. Are they even serious?
LifePoints has become a mentally exhausting, frustrating experience. 90% or more of the surveys I receive are either already closed, have technical issues, or screen me out unfairly.
They CANNOT provide any real solutions and are destroying the user experience every single day. If you are considering joining LifePoints—DON’T. It’s a complete waste of time. Their system is broken, their support is useless, and they are making no effort to fix anything.

Updated Review on Trustpilot – LifePoints is Getting Worse!
After my last review, LifePoints responded with sweet words, pretending to care. But in reality, nothing has improved—things have only worsened drastically.
Now, 95% of the surveys I receive are either:
❌ Already closed before I can even start.
❌ Full of technical glitches that make it impossible to complete.
❌ Instant screen-outs without any valid reason, even when my profile perfectly matches.
On top of that, the number of surveys has dropped significantly, and the ones that do come are completely useless. The member support team remains just as careless, providing generic, copy-paste responses while deliberately ignoring the most critical issues.
This is no longer just bad service—it feels like a well-planned way to avoid giving rewards while wasting our time. If LifePoints really cared, they would have fixed these problems by now. But all they do is pretend to investigate while ignoring real concerns.
Enough with the excuses—it's clear LifePoints is not a trustworthy platform anymore!
And who is replying of my reviews mentioning himself/herself as "I" - who is it..all are very suspicious and hidden.
I am not mad or a child to write multiple reviews in trustpilot. Today also, you have sent me 2 surveys in which one survey suddenly closed while I was replying without doing any delay. And the another one is a closed survey of 100 points. I have kept my cool and patience from last 7 months or more - how much more time a human being can be cool enough. You are cleverly ignoring the vital points and most of your member support teams" replies are AI written while I expect to the point prompt response. Why don't your support team respond promptly? I can't forget one of the replies given by your team to clear browser and retry a survey which was closed 3 days earlier and it was a technical glitch from your side. What kind of dedication is this? Why don't have any seperate portal to update profile that all survey platforms have. Why don't you have 24*7 member support system? If I raise a query or to mail a query, I get the reply according to GMT time? Why I should wait 5-6 hours when I need an urgent help. You can't understand that your servers are heavily overloaded and a significant interlinking problem is there with your servers ( thatswhy showing server error 502 & 504 often)and your application and system are fully corrupted with bugs and technical glitches. Give me a single example of any reputed survey platforms who are being failed to resolve issues over 7 months or more. You can't because it's really an absurd . You have destroyed your reputation to a significant level and still argue with vague clarifications. And mention your ame in further reply you give so that I can address you in support system in my needs.
Again experienced a closed survey of 100 LPs yesterday and a survey with technical glitches just now. Fake survey platform with some idiots who have not any technical knowledge. Worst survey platform.

Worst app ever I am getting more and more surveys so is it my fault if i travel so much is it my fault that surveys filling is my hobby I am earning more points in it that's why they suspended my account for permanent by saying fake location and all irrelevant stuff they don't deserve even 1 star one more option should be there in ratings of 0 zero star they deserve it..

Ich dachte es ist eine schöne Abwechslung mit ein paar Fragen € zu bekommen … die Fragen dauern ewig , dann stürzt es ab , oder man beantwortet 15 min lang endlos Fragen, und dann wird man rausgeworfen weil ich nicht der richtige Proband bin. Schon eine abzocke, an Daten zum Weiterverkauf ran zu kommen aber nichts zu geben. Sehr enttäuschend.

Thieves! Please stay away from this company. I have been a member for nearly 2 years and I experienced very bad customer service.
I tried to redeem my 1135 points and they told me to link my account to PayPal to redeem an e-gift card
When I told me them that I don't have PayPal they emailed me saying that my account has been suspended because it doesn't meet their standards.
They realized that after nearly 2 years!
The truth is that when they see that you are able to earn a lot of points and money, they don't like that and suspend your account for no reason.
Their replies are always authomated and they don't help at all.
Don't loose your time with this awful company!

Like so many others, I was scammed by this site. Never had any issues completing surveys and cashing out so I saved up my points to cash out for a larger amount. That's when I got a notification that I suddenly don't meet their quality standards and they're suspending my account and taking all of the rewards points I earned! They refuse to give a reason for their sudden issue with me (BECAUSE THERE IS NO REASON!). It really sucks when a company only has an issue when it's time to cash out. Listen to the MANY negative reviews about this company and stay away! Don't waste your precious time.

Sono un vecchio cliente di questa piattaforma. Prima di diventare Liefepoints era tutto perfetto e corretto, compreso il riscatto dei premi.
Da quando è diventato Lifepoints è completamente diventata una truffa.
Dopo che accumuli i punti necessari per il riscato di uno o più premi sospendono il tuo account dicendo che hai violato le loro regole.
Dopo aver aperto un ticket al support ti risponde una famigerata Isabella in un italiano "fai da te" dicendoti che l'account è chiuso per violazioni delle regole ma non dicendoti quali.
Sollecitando diventa anche maludecata dicendo che qualsiasi altro ticket in merito verrà automaticamente chiuso.
Vedo che è successo a moltissimi.
Inoltre vedo diverse 5 stelle, ma sono tutti molto recenti o scritte appena attivato l'account. Sicuramente si ricrederanno presto.
Evitate di creare account!
Hanno anche il coraggio di rispondere con una risposta preconfezionata e al posto di cercare una soluzione dicono che è meglio perdere un loro contribuente (che tra le linee significa: meglio perdere uno che dargli la ricompensa che gli spetta...).
Sempre peggio!
Dimenticavo. Visto che accusano insistentemente di violare le loro condizioni ovviamente quado si chiede quali condizioni sono state violare e le prove c'è solo silenzio. La cosa strana, leggendo diversi commenti non solo su questo sito, che tantissime persone che hanno molti punti da riscattare per loro violano le loro regole e vengono disattivate proprio quando chiedono un riscatto.
Questo dice tutto... Questa è la mia opinione, ognuno si faccia la sua.

Personalmente lo reputo il migliore tra i siti di sondaggi che utilizzo. Mi è anche capitato di dover chiedere aiuto al centro assistenza e ho ricevuto risposta rapida ed efficace.
Continuerò ad utilizzarlo per riscattare i miei cinque euro con una media di 15-18 giorni, visto che paga anche direttamente su paypal. Inoltre è uno dei pochissimi che ti attribuisce dei punti di consolazione quando vieni estromesso dai sondaggi.
