Prices are lower than other stores

I am in India, I wanted to purchase a Rubik's cube, it's cheaper here when compared to all other major stores except Alibaba, and the customer support team is so nice and gave me a discount even for that low price and offered free shipping, product was genuine, btw the cube normal price is $80-$90 in all major cube stores like SCS, Cubicle,Picube,etc., in Indian stores like cubelelo.com,it is $105(with discount), I got it for $74 with shipping included in Mcubes.net, really satisfied with their service and product, Thanks Mcubes.

I ordered a Steam key from then and…

I ordered a Steam key from then and when they saw the market could be better, they did not deliver the key and cancelled the order. They cannot be trusted. At your own risks.
Update following answer : I refused to be refunded for 21 $CAD, you pretended technical problems to still refund while raising the price of the product from 21 $CAD to 164 $CAD.

Dishonest answer facts point here.

While looking into your account, we could we already mentioned that order will be cancelled as we having a technical issue in our backend. This information has already notified while doing a conversation through live chat.

As mentioned during chat, our team had already issues the refunded the amount paid to the original payment mode. This might take 5-7 days for the bank to credit the refund. So this means that we previous mentioned the issue but you refused the refund and asked for the product. But we are sorry, there's only solution to refund as there's an ongoing issue from our side. As we guaranteed, the issue will be fixed at the earliest
